So upset So the owner decides to make it so my job can't order food due to months ago during covid they said the gate was locked and they wasted food...Wow guys that was months ago during covid !!!!! Not fair I wish the owner wasn't so petty I'm a hungry nurse who tipps and I'd love to just order pizza today so I don't starve but they won't allow us...Upset isn't the word unacceptable owner!!!!! Guess you will continue to punish everyone at the establishment over loosing a few bucks months agooooooo.Just petty God bless you.
Waited 10 minutes at the window past our pickup time and was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring out our pizza (1 medium pizza) in a few minutes because they were "running behind" sat in the parking spot for 20 minutes while people pull away with their very large orders very quickly, my husband finally goes in to get it and is told "oh we lost your order" we would have understood stuff happens if they would communicate that!
Sadly right now this location is drive-thru or carry out only. There is no dining in option. The Pizza is still fresh and still tastes good.
Order# 304 last night. Jodi. A.Large cheese pizza well done5th or 6th time we have ordered from this location under hers or my name but everytime the foods been exceptional!!!We'll be back again!

I prefer Montfort Heights to this location hands down. Buddy would be disappointed in ya'll. Accidentally selected btown location tonight. Pizza was a mess toppings half way off in the box and a piece was missing like someone ate it ? and it was cold which is no problem bc I can reheat in the oven.
5 stars if the pizza doesn't have bubbles in the dough like the last 2 times
Kid in Honda called my phone after delivering my order and asked for more money. Maybe I’m overreacting but I just thought it was inappropriate
I will not be returning to this location. The customer service is horrible. Also after i ate my food i had bad diarrhea. I don't know if it was from the food or lack of cleanliness.
LOVE LaRosa’s!!! I love so many things on the menu and I am SO grateful for home delivery when I’m too exhausted to cook, or to drive. THANK YOU!
