Went in at 12:00, however there was no one present. There was a sign that said that they were closed and wouldn’t re-open until after 1:30. Super disappointed :(
Great stop for boba tea in the mall. They have a huge selection of flavors to choose from. You can get slushies, milk teas, and fruit teas. Some of these are so decadent, they're like a dessert in a cup. There is normally a long wait do to the popularity and location in the mall.
The girl who helped me was really nice, but there was a long wait.
Ordered a strawberry lemonade with Boba, tasted like it had the idea of strawberry lemonade but watered down taste. I also ordered boba in it and did not get. Was not worth 7 dollars at all.
No doubt the best boba chain i have had, got me rolling around and yelling.
I love stopping here when I come to the mall. I get the medium Winter Melon Green Tea with Bubbles ($5.71). It is so good! The staff is very nice and they make your drink fast!

Visited for the first time yesterday then again today and have was misled by two different employees. I told them both I was vegan and they both assured me that the milk used was almond, and the first employee also told me that my drink didn’t have any honey in it when I explicitly asked. Turns out that the milk is not almond, it’s actual milk powder, and the boba has honey in it. I ended up consuming both milk and honey yesterday (which made me sick) and I almost consumed them again today except I looked the ingredients up on the official website after getting my drink and caught the issue before I drank it. Dangerous and a waste of money. Really disappointed by the lack of knowledge by the employees, especially on something so simple that I as a customer can look it up on the website and find it within minutes.
