Most inefficient deli of any kroger i know. Really messes you up if you're a shopper and have a time limit.
always fully stocked, plenty of fresh produce. thank you krogers for having the items i need when i need them.
I used to go here regularly, it was a decent store. Since 2020 it's a covid-19 hellscape.Few people wear a mask correctly. Nobody cares about social distancing. Nothing gets wiped down unless you do it yourself. It's often crowded when they really should be limiting how many people are in the store because the aisles are so narrow. I feel bad for the employeesDo yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The employees especially the baggers are very rude & need serious attitude adjustments or be fired. A black male bagger was rude to me on 3/17/18 because I didn’t thank him fast enough for bagging my groceries. I’ll definitely won’t be shopping at this Kroghetto location any more.
I bought a pound of hamburger there. I made tacos out of it well the meat had a point of like a metal saw blade in it. I guess where there use to dismember or cut through certain meats and it broke off in my pound of hamburger. Needless to say it chipped one of my back teeth i bit down on it so hard i told them amd nothing was ever done like they didnt believe me. Where would i have got a piece of saw blade in my taco at my House. So beware that cpuld have been alot worse
Over 20 customer in 3 min are not covering nose or wearing their mask as a chin strap. Go to Okley Kroger for your safety.6:30 PM 12/31 Female police officer also is not covering nose, even while talking with an elderly woman.At least 5 kids to teens no masks at all.Was at Okely Kroger 30 min earlier and all customers were wearing a mask, except one lady drinking out of a water bottle.
Norwood Kroger is the best store to buy your holiday greens. I was shopping for greens Saturday 12/19/2020 at 8:00 am there was plenty fresh yes fresh greens. Yes this is the only Kroger at provide tons of greens for the African American community. This Norwood Kroger knows greens are popular demand for African American. Thanks to the African American female for helping me this morning ??.
There are a handful of respectful employees at this store. I go out of my way to shop at the Oakley location due to the lack of customer service at the Norwood store.
