Krispy Kreme has the best donuts!!! We love this place; my kids enjoy watching the donuts as they're made & always grab a little paper hat! The store is stocked & clean- including the restrooms. The staff is attentive, helpful & genuinely friendly.
I love this place. I have taken my 5-year-old boy here since he was two for special rewards. This most recent trip I decided to bring my 1-year-old and the staff was so sweet to her and she had the most amazing time! Just a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us. She was making my daughter laugh just by talking to her. Not to mention the donuts here are fantastic! Just a really nice place with really nice people

Calling themselves Krispy Kreme donuts is honestly offensive. Calling yourself something you don’t have is laughable. Went to get donuts, they didn’t have any of the donuts that people actually want. Coffee tasty though
Love Krispy Kreme so it’s a shame this is the only one in the area. They’re never open when they say they are, customer service is down right bad, and the food is terribly inconsistent. If you’re considering going here my suggestion is to just buy some doughnuts from the grocery.
Bought a dozen doughnuts earlier today, half creme and custard filled. There was no more than 1 teaspoon of filling in each, even less than that in a few. Because of that, the doughnuts were very dry.
This is the worst Krispy Kreme. Second year in a row that I preorded St. Patrick’s Day donuts for my daughter’s birthday that they didn’t have any when I came to pick them up. I paid for them days in advance and they didn’t bother to set any aside for my order. They also didn’t call me to let me know and didn’t care when I showed up to pick them up. I asked for a refund and they told me to call their customer care line that hasn’t answered any of the 6 times I’ve called. I went to Holtman’s afterwards and they made some special ones on the spot for my daughter. Definitely will not try Krispy Kreme again.
This Krispy Kreme is definitely the worst there is. We rather drive one hour away to Lexington than come here. I’ve showed up at 2pm on a Saturday and they are out of doughnuts. When I do get them they are terrible and can’t compare to any other Krsipy Kreme. Corporate should read some of this reviews and do something about it.
One bite of Chocolate Glazed donuts was all I could bear. Heavy oil taste, were not light and airy, no rise.
This Krispy Kreme has gone down the drain and it's sad! Being someone who worked here back in 2015 I knew what a gem this place was when it first opened. Now it's run terribly and everyone has a bad attitude. They need some new training desperately! It's 4 pm on a Saturday and they have no doughnuts! I paid 13.49 for an assorted dozen and only received 3 that wasn't glazed smh! When I was there we loved our customers and I'm sure they felt the same! This place needs a reset!
