I have been a customer here for years and always loved the food. Tonight I ordered delivery and they sent the wrong dish. I then had to go to the restaurant to pick it up which I didn’t really have time for. I also had to ask for a credit instead of them offering. Only to get home to find out my order was wrong again. I spoke with the owner and she said “we’re really busy and you already got a credit what else do you want us to do?”. I’m sorry but that is terrible customer service. At least acknowledge it was terrible service and that you would like a chance to correct it. You being busy is not an excuse for my order being incorrect TWICE. They also forgot to include the Korean sides so what exactly did I pay for tonight? I understand mistakes happen but how you handle them is equally important.
If I could I would give them NEGATIVE 10! Worst experience ever trying to plan a party. The owners are very rude and confusing. It’s very noticeable they were trying to switch things up on us multiple times trying to get the most money from us. Lady had the nerve to scream at me with her broken English….I thought I was the customer here..I’m so confused. No one asked for any special deals and we tried to go along with YOUR suggestions in hopes to make the process easier for everyone. Anyways thanks for the FAT head ache and you should get some more customer service training and get your stories straight!!!!!
I was very sad because I had not been since before Covid and it was very good then. However I really tried to like the stir-fried in a hot bowl but there was No flavor. I will go back in hopes it was just a off night.
Hidden Gem! Really, really good food at reasonable prices! Great for lunch too! Try the hot stone bowls but let the rice crisp up before you eat it...delicious!
I’m going to turn every cold day into a hot savory bowl of goodness. I’ll swirl my spoon into the clear beef broth, fill my spoon with soft Mandu Guk (beef dumpling) and chew thru chunky bits of rice cake. And I’m definitely gonna drink in wholesome!I haven’t been here in awhile and forgot how homey this place is. Definitely some great comfort food. Friendly Korean auntie vibes. And you can add cheese to the Tteokbokki (Spicy Korean rice cake)Yes, ask for cheese in the duboki ?3/31/2022
Very yummy and great people. We definitely will be coming back!
Honestly, the food is great. My issue is that the server that took care of us was to say the least awful! She was very scattered, didn’t know the menu, very inattentive and just bad. I have been here before and had the same reoccurring issues with this server and when we called to speak with the owners about the issues that we had with our dinner and service last night it was very dismissive and they seemed to not care. Do not go here if you are expecting any type of customer service. There are a lot of 1/2 price sushi restaurants in the greater Cincinnati area that you can go to and actually be treated with hospitality
Nice dishes with reasonable prices. We enjoyed the sushi, soup and fish. The service was good, although they seemed understaffed. They are trying hard with this nationwide labor shortage.
Good food for the most part! Took a very long time and came out lukewarm, but it was close to authentic. Best Korean in the area for sure.
Wonderful small restaurant. On entering you aren’t overly impressed with the decor but the food more than compensates; I’ve had several of the best meals of my li fe!
