$35 for 12 pieces of the soggiest, greasiest chicken I've ever eaten in my 61 years on the planet earth. Go to Kroger. Their chicken is 10x better. KFC is on its way out of business. I'm not going back again. We didn't even save the leftovers. Only fit for Rumpke.
Ordered three boxes with each having three chicken tenders french fries biscuit cookie no drink. They charged me for the drink but I didn't want or get. The french fries were cold. The chicken tenders were stale. And there is no cookie. No cookie broke the camel's back. And got them a one-star review. Service was pleasant but the food was not very good and for $20.75 It is not worth the money. Will not revisit this location.
I know that I’m about eight weeks late cashing in on a credit that was given to me by the opening manager of the new location on Beechmont Avenue. Today I was basically told they’re not gonna do anything for me even though they completely understand the situation. Spoke yesterday afternoon with a female manager who said she couldn’t do anything and for me to call back the following day. Called back spoke with the different manager explaining that a nice gentleman who was in charge of the store the first week it opened had given our family a $40 credit after a $79 bill that did not even include fountain drinks. It was the first week this location was open and I understood that of course there’s brand new staff that is still learning their positions and how to cook properly. The gentleman at the time was completely understanding after I told him what we had ordered and what the issues were with over fried food and the popcorn shrimp we were given was basically the crusty and trails at the bottom of their basket. For the managers to now say there’s nothing we’re gonna do for you at all it’s completely concerning and how they are trained as managers. I understand that there’s a shortage of workers pretty much everywhere right now, but you shouldn’t settle for managers that are just going to tell customers we understand exactly what happened you should’ve been here within 30 days even though they were not writing down and giving out gift cards or credits for the issues when they were new store. The manager at the time said that they had a long list of people that had issues and were keeping their full name written in the managers office. Now I’ve learned to not let that happen and to actually get your money back on the spot instead of a credit.
Pour management manger in car smoking and not helping. There’s kids running the place doing a better job than the manger her name was Tiffany and she was rude and snotty to me. Overall the food was terrible there was mold on my sandwich bun and waste of time and money going there I see why the last kfc shut down poorly ran. The kids working there where the only good part about it they had a smile serving me and making jokes with me making it a overall good time but they need to get new managers who will actually care about the job and get better cooks to get the job done the right way
I tried this KFC hoping to have a good meal and experience with my daughter and the manager I believe her name was Tiffany was extremely rude. When I arrived I heard her screaming in the background on her phone yelling swear words being extremely disrespectful. The Mac n cheese was hard and not edible and when I showed the manger she said she could not do anything about it and ignored me then went to her car to smoke. I will say however the kids were super friendly handing out my food. It’s a shame they have a poor manger.
Don't come here. So many health code violations I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Everyone wears street clothes and the owner doesn't even wear a hat or hair net. Then managers and other workers are smoking outside the building for 10+ minutes meanwhile a line of cars wrapped around the building are waiting while food gets cold. Also the workers are taught to sell expired food. No matter how much you may want KFC don't come here. Supporting this behavior isn't okay.
Terrible management. I placed a pick up order and when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes because they did not have my food ready. Then when I got to my car and looked at my food I got the complete wrong order. When I pulled through the drive through to see what happened I requested to speak to the manager and some rude blonde lady (she claimed her name was Tiffany) tried saying she was the manger. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I’m definitely not coming here again.
Wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Never ate some place so nasty. I will never spend another dime here. Kids running around acting like idiots in street clothes. Touched my food and drinks after playing on there cell phones and drinking and eating in front of me at the window where they take your money. Managers outside screaming cuss words on the phone sitting in cars. You ask to speak to a manager on the phone when you call and the kid says “ ha she is outside right now call back later” and hangs up. All I wanted was a decent chicken sandwich. You can’t fix bad management. I will drive the extra 20 minuets to Alexandra next time. What a waste of money.
Ordered and paid for a side of cole slaw. It was not in the box. The chicken was overdone, dry, and shrunk to half the size of a normal serving. The worst pieces of KFC I have ever seen. How anyone could charge for chicken that was so obviously not up to KFC's standard tells me they really don't care about the customer. Offered a replacement meal. No thank you. We won't be back to this location.
Came through the drive through on 2/21 around 8pm-8:30pm & they were telling people they were closed closed and kids were outback smoking pot by the back door you could smell the aroma seeping through the air. Tonight I come back through and order a tender combo my tenders were extremely hard & dried out. I decided I would just come back up to get fresh ones and when I pull in I see the manager on duty sitting In her car smoking a cigarette with her blonde hair down beer in her hand yelling at somebody on the phone. What kind of business is being ran here & allows drugs drinking and early closures for zero reason. This place just opened and it’s just as bad as Taco Bell’s at late night.
