This place is a disappointment and will let your hopes down if you're craving anything from here. The food was nasty, the chicken tastes like it's been sitting under the heating light too long, the fries were old, hollow and cold. I've seen witches in better shape than those fries and the chicken tenders looked like they were left over pieces that fell off the truck. The biscuit was dry and could be used as a door stop. The wait in the drive thru is waaaaayyy to long to receive cold food that was thrown in the box just to get the line down (and still took all day). The sprite was good tho.

The food is absolutely disgusting. Got the famous bowl and the chicken tasted like it was a couple days old. Then also got the Taco Bell nacho bell grande meal and it looks like a kid made it and boxed it then shook it up. Barely any chips or toppings. The Taco meat tasted like it had been sitting out for a long while. Very unhappy about this and keep going back and hoping for better service and food, but it only keeps getting worse. Definitely needs a corporate review! Seems like customer reviews aren’t helping any.

I went there after being at the hospital all day with a family. I asked to for a 12 piece chicken and also a mashed potatoes with gravy. I didn’t get any gravy. 10 pieces of dark meat. No condiments. The GM says come back for an 8 piece on us. Why the customer service is always horrible. They always mess up an order. I want my money back $30 down the drain.

Gave them another try last night; this location is so unprofessional, the heavy set caucasian female that was at the window; Im assuming is the manager, was talking about someone rudely and was very ghetto, while waiting on customers. I ordered three gordito crunch wraps and an order of nacho fries, when i got home i opened my bag and there were literally 8 nacho fries in the box, I counted them, this is rediculious and if the quality of the order is horrible you wont get my business anymore. I will spend my money where customer service and quality is top priority, and this location is lacking both. I guess there is no one checking the order before it goes to the customer to ensure it is satisfactory.

Lady at the window was rude refused to give us extra napkins didn’t ask if we needed any sauce snatched the form of payment from us and was all in all a bad experience. Also the food was cold even after requesting for fresh food. Then she proceeded to open the window as we was pulling away talking stuff out the window (she was a bigger white lady )

On Thursday, January 13 I sat in the drive thru for at least seven minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment whatsoever. It was only 8:15pm so I figured maybe the store closed early. When I drove off I noticed workers standing around with headsets on, still ignoring the line of cars that had formed behind me.

Glad they are serving beyond chicken now. Staff is friendly and the beyond chicken was great.

Pick food out of garbage before going here. No good service. I recommend tearing it down and building something back

On Sunday they said the fryers were already clean and it was about 8:15. Went back Monday and they didn't have any sandwiches, only chicken. It was only 9pm. And they like to spend too much on their phones. And they aren't polite.

Whyyyyy/howwww are u a Taco Bell/KFC but stop serving Taco Bell at 7pm?? This location never has anything anybody wants after 7 pm. But why though? because its been like this since before the pandemic so that excuse. But here’s a wild idea - hey corporate, why don’t u actually make the working conditions a bit better and maybe, just maybe they’ll be happy and spread their happiness unto the patron. I know it’s a wild idea but, yeah, try it…
