This place has the best burger and fry. The meatloaf will make you slap your grandma on Thursdays. From 11am to 2pm food is hot and delish.
Food is excellent! Im there at least twice a week. Great alternative if you dont want to cook and want a home cooked meal thats delicious

Meat loaf just like grandma made it. Delicious. The servings are oversized so you can get 2 meals out of 1 dinner. I also had cabbage and sweet cornbread. My husband had the smothered pork chop that he said was very tender and tasty. We both enjoyed our meals. This is a real soul food restaurant. All the meals we have tried have been delicious. It's more of Southern cooking than any place I have been in this area. The only issue I had was the wait time for my order it was kinda long. There were a small crowd waiting when we got there so yes there was a wait. You would be outside at the pickup window for your order. Food so good I really didn't mine the wait but some people would. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. Oh and the menu is not static so they have different entrée daily. I did notice that chicken and salmon,turkey ribs were always on the menu.

I have heard about this place and stopped by for the 1st time. Some thing's they were out of and I see why. We got the whiting fish dinner with mac and cheese. The pot roast dinner with rice and cabbage . Also pinto bean's. Man...EVERYTHING was delicious.If your from out of town or want good soul food. This is the spot. Even if they are out of something, you should be able to find something you want. Trust me it was worth the money and time. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was friendly but fast and efficient. The restaurant is small but well kept. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious and the PORTIONS were unbelievable. I am a big eater but even I have leftovers!
