Jay chicken is so very good plus the sides that you can get too.
First time visitor. Was impressed with the quality and tastes of the chicken. Scale of1to 10. I'll give Jay's chicken a 7. Always room for Improvements. Next time I'm in Cincinnati visiting my Granddaughter will make a special stop to Jay's Chicken.
This honey battered shrimp, biscuit, and mash potatoes with gravy were beyond delicious!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
This place has the best chicken I have ever eaten. We got an 8 peice and it was all hot and juicy...even the white meat ! The biscuits are amazing !
Got the chicken tenders. They were good. I think my expectations were overly built up after reading some reviews; and I thought they were going to be the best thing since slice bread. Meet nice people in the line. I would return.
The food here is fantastic HOWEVER I set up a delivery order though GrubHub and the store cancelled my delivery order after I paid. Guess I'll be using another place that wants the business today

Fried chicken at a gas station? More like gas at a fried chicken joint. Jay is hand breading fried chicken all morning just to keep up with the lunch demand and it is obvious why there is a line. Buy extra because it is also great cold. Don't be intimidated by the venue, get in there and eat you some chicken.
First time going and it did not disappoint. I had heard of this place in a article and I thought I had to try it. Their chicken is some of the best chicken around, biscuits are delicious, and the potato wedges are perfect and I'm picky about wedges. I will definitely each here again and again no doubt.
My husband and I drove from Dayton to Jay's Chicken in Cincinnati on our way to the light show at Coney Island.December 17, 2021 We had read an article of how fantastic Jay's Chicken is. We arrived there at about four-fifty p.m. A short line ahead of us but it seemed to be moving. When it was our turn we were told all they had left was fish. No explanation, no apologies. Over an hour before closing. I then understood the people ahead of us that turned around and walked away. Really disappointing.
