Not spectacular but one good thing is refillable drinks.Cashier was nice but didn't really tell me about all my options. Make sure to ask about the soups and salad bar.
The manager acted like it was an inconvenience for him that we came back because our order was wrong. Also, the male cashier who also prepared the food in our bags had long nails which is very disgusting knowing it’s a place to eat and should maintain appropriate hygiene. The food was horrible and the avocado that should have been on a toast was obviously bad (attached photo) also the tenders from the kids meal for the our daughter were still frozen.
The California Club is my usual go-to and normally delicious, but yesterday it was gloppy with mayo, plus hardly any fillings.Also, it was on a flat, tasteless bun instead of the usual croissant. Not impressed for the first time ever, and we’ve frequented Jason’s since with 90s when we lived in Texas.
Our food was fresh and delicious! They have gluten-free options and prepared it separately. The place was clean, bathrooms were clean. Over all great services.
First time at this establishment. How can you mess an order up. I asked for turkey and swiss with honey mustard lettuce and onions. What did l get a dry turkey sandwich with no cheese or honey mustard a piece of lettuce and two small pieces of onions. Really for $9.18. First and last time you were highly recommended bad experience.I have changed from one star to a five star. Spoke with Justin who made it right. I appreciate your kindness.
They don't only have sandwiches!!! Potatoes, soups, pastas, salads(and salad bar), desserts and amazing employees! There's definitely something for everyone.
My daughter and I came on a break from a basketball tournament. I’m on clear liquids due to a procedure tomorrow and thought the soups would be good. Bessie was the hostess, and let me know which ones had more broth than others, and even felt bad when she hadn’t let me know the French onion had bread in it (which I knew). She was so sweet and took her time trying to help me figure out what would be best. Also- the soups were amazing! It was our first time here and I can’t wait to come back and try other things when I can eat ❤️
Fresh bread product and veggies. Not skimpy on sandwich filling. Very polite and helpful personnel. Clean tables and floor.
Brian, Ruben, and the rest of the team are absolutely phenomenal. I know that each sandwich, potato, soup, and strawberry shortcake are all made with love. Let’s place a sandwich heaven because they’re all good sandwiches. I haven’t had a bad one yet and I’ve been coming here almost every day for two months.
Visited Jason’s Deli in Rookwood today and what can I say… I always have a great experience there! The staff there is always friendly and polite. Tonight’s manager was very courteous and did an excellent job explaining the menu offerings and options to my friend whose first time visiting was an impressionable one. And she loved her food choices: Royale Club with kettle chips and strawberry shortcake and took a cup of ice cream to go. I ordered two strawberry shortcakes for myself as well. I guess you can say I had sort of had a sweet tooth. Even joked with my friend, Raine, about copying me (she ordered a strawberry shortcake after hearing me order one. So I decided to order two just to see if she’d copy). Lol. Love this place!
