Simply put to be a 5 you have to be the top in what you are trying to be. And Jasmine Thai does it well. The atmosphere a couple of prints on the wall of peppers and a waving cat. The table service (there was 7 tabled) was friendly and spotty at best. But we got to know the lady who made our food. The good had a mic of Asian veggies (pea pods, water chestnut, bamboo shoots) and American veggies. (I would ask for light onions). The chicken satay was done very well. All I can say is I wish there was s little more of the cucumber salad. It was very good. The spicy thai chicken well prepared. Tasty pad say woo. And just for added quaintness they serve you the pop in the can. For value if was awesome. Appetizer, two entrees and two drinks $30.
My wife found this by looking for a Thai restaurant nearby and we tried it out. Nothing fancy but very good food. There was also some Chinese food options if you want that. Most people were picking up to take out. We shared edamame and both had coconut soup, which was delicious. My wife had drunken noodles with vegetables and I had pad thai with vegetables. Both main dishes were very good. The owner waited on us and she was great- very pleasant. I recommend you trying it.
