The portions were smaller than expected but the taste was great. For my first time visit, they definitely made me want to come back and try more. I'm excited to try other things on the menu
The wife and I love this place!! We usually stop by when we're in that part of town. Tons of menu items to choose from keeps things interesting. The restaurant the past few times seemed to be short of staff and things just take a bit of time but worth the wait. Those staff that are there are always hospitable and friendly.
Jack in the Box brings back memories. We ordered the two tacos for $1.49, and they haven't changed a bit. They have a large menu, decent food and the prices are very reasonable.
Gloria runs this store and she has always been happy, friendly, courteous and helpful. When our app wasn't working she took our order as if it was, including the app-only deals. Only issue is the tacos are bagged upside down and leak all the good stuff before we get home! We drive over 90 miles as it's the closest one to us and we love Jack in the Box THAT MUCH! THANK YOU, Gloria, we love you, too!
The Food was Great! They didn’t get my order right at first but the manager ended up fixing it so,no heavy complaints. We don’t one immediate in the city where I live, but ANYTIME that I can get to a ‘Jack in the Box’ I’m there???♂️?
Sorry to be that guy. But I'm not sorryI have never been to Jack in the box and because of this I would never return I work 5 minutes from Jack in the box and literally always hear bad things about this location but I was hungry so I try it. Not a soul was in line. And as I pull up to the drive-through speaker instead of greeted. I get what you want. The girl working the speaker literally had no enthusiasm and she was extremely rude not one time that she'd say thank you or you're welcome she was lethargic. On top of that. But wait there's more My food is bone cold like it's not even under a heat lamp cold The burger is just awful. I don't want to be this guy but there's a reason why this place never has service. Starts with employees. Oh and on top of that is I'm pretty sure it's like a health code violation. I could be wrong. That the person taking your money (she had gloves on) was also getting my food together. Which cash is full of germs. And she didn't take off her gloves at all. Bad bad experience. Ruined it for all Jack in the box.
We placed an online order 9:12 for breakfast. While saying food was ready I got to the store and waited until 10:15. The little girl only had dirty looks to offer when she finally brought my food without a bag. Still trying to figure out how my food was cold after being cooked for an hour. NEVER ORDER BREAKFAST. I will never eat here again.
I don't know why people are hating on this place. my friend and I came here before a basketball game and we got 2 chicken sandwich combo things. it took a while for the food to come out but it was worth it. the Frys were salted to perfection. the chicken was crispy and the Dr Pepper was super good. I really enjoyed this restaurant. it was my first time trying it and I will be coming back for more.
Every time I come here, it's a disappointment. I LOVE Jack in the Box, but this one is a bad one. The service is terrible - I always have problems and get my food basically thrown at me. The food is always cold or mildly warm. There would be only one car at the window and if you're at the speaker in the drive thru, they make you wait forever, even if the car in front of you is gone. Apparently they can only handle one order at a time here. I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the other one instead of come here.
