Won’t be coming back here. Before I started eating here, I told the staff about my food allergies and asked what the gluten free options were. The staff members told me, “all of the curries and chicken dishes are gluten free”. Today I ordered a dish called Chicken Chili, described as 'chicken cooked with chilies and bell peppers'. When I checked my order, I noticed that the chicken is breaded. I called the restaurant to confirm if it was gluten free, they said it was not. I explained to the employee that I was told all chicken dishes were gluten free, and that I either needed a refund or a new dish. She told me to call back when the manager was there. I did that, and explained the entire situation to the manager. His response was that it was MY fault for ordering the wrong item (even though I WAS TOLD that it was gluten free). Then he said he could not give me a refund or any other food, then hung up on me. Tried calling back several more times; my calls were either declined or I got hung up on.I came to this place at least once a week for a while. Sometimes I even came 2-3 times a week. And they used to be my favorite Indian food restaurant that is actually a 20-minute drive from my house. There are several Indian restaurants much closer, but I came to Aap because I liked them the best. Everything is already hard enough with inflation. Now I have wasted over $50 and received TERRIBLE customer service from a place I was a regular at and used to appreciate. All because I was misinformed. How is that my fault??? I will not be back. Can't believe they would treat a supporting customer like this.

The food was good the lady at the front desk taking the orders was very rude look you up and down when you repeat your order she look at you as if you’re stupid . Very dry and has attitude don’t be in the business of serving people if you’re going to have an attitude and act like you’re over your job and irritated The place is nice.the hospitality is not good I recommend ordering your food online and just picking it up.

my phone was lost (fell off my truck bed) and an employee found it. screen was cracked and they still atemped to swipe and answer and help get my phone back to me!!! great bunch of honest people!!! thanks again!! even tried to give them cash and would not accept.

We had a great chicken dish with rice. Enough for 2 servings. It was very good!

We had a great experience on our first visit on a late Sunday morning. They had just opened for the day and we were greeted and seated immediately. The food was excellent as was the service. Samosas are always a treat for me, and these were among the best. My wife had the Saag Biryani, which we both shared. The booths were worn but comfortable. This might be the only Indian restaurant on the west side of Cincinnati. It's well worth a visit.

This was the best Indian food I've ever had. Excellent taste and portion sizes. Our waitress was friendly and gave helpful suggestions.

Whether I've dined in or carried out, the food is always amazing. I've honestly not had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is mellow and inviting.

I had the mixed grill level 5/6 spicy, the most expensive item on the menu. My wife had the chicken Tikka masala level 3/6 spicy. Top 3 worst restaurants we have ever been to. The food is very poorly prepared. Service was okay though. No buffet even though they advertise one.

I love Aap India. The food is always yummy and I love that you can order online. Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Cinci.

Wow is beautiful restaurant
