So short staffed they shouldn't be seating inside. Waited an hour for our food that was horrible. The staff was fighting in view of us the whole time. Absolute mess. Then another guest told their server about the cook having his hair down almost touching the food. Bad news bears guys.
The servers were a lot of fun. The 2 that they had when we got there were running around trying to keep up with the five tables that was there. They kept smiling and were very upbeat about things. When our food came the hash browns and bacon was Luke warm. They got it replaced very quick. We had fun with our server when she was at the table. She appreciated that we were understanding about her not being able to be right there when we needed her. Our patients helped her out a lot. It was a good experience. They definitely needed more help. By the time we left more staff members had shown up.
Our server jameisha was AMAZING. She was so kind and funny. We loved her! Also the food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.
Party of two and people that walked in after us were seated before us. They charge $3.19 for a cup of regular coffee. Food was good but the strawberry banana pancakes did not have fruit inside. Host had a idgaf attitude.
We waited 45 minutes to be seated. It was moderately busy. Another ten at the table to get a drink order, another ten to get the drinks and take the food order. Thirty minutes later the food comes out and some of it is cold. The waitress had to be told we needed refills and then acted like we were asking for the moon. Very discourteous. Thankfully we were traveling so not going to that location again will not be a problem!
Terrible service. There were just 2 tables with customers. Took 45 minutes to get food. I understand staffing shortages but this was a little long. Not to mention the food was average. Not worth the price we paid. $32 for 2 people. French toast, 2 eggs, hash brown's, 2 pieces of toast and 2 coffees.
Food was AMAZING. Honestly, the BEST French toast I have had in months!Service was a bit slow. They seem to need some help or maybe just new servers.Everyone seemed tired and lethargic. I sensed no urgency from the staff on my visit.
This place was a filthy ghost town and a shell of its former self. We where the only table and you could tell they hadn't been busy in a while but the place looked like a train wreck. I have no idea what the server was wearing or if he even worked there. The food came out fast but was barely warm. Waited literally 20 minutes for the only refill we received. The server was nowhere to be found to even flag for anything. Avoid this "clown house" at all costs. For the $30 we spent on 4 pancakes, 2 eggs 4 pieces of bacon, am order of hashbrowns and some French toast we could have had steak anywhere.
Service was slow but that about everywhere these days. I actually like that cause I don't feel rushed, I can enjoy my company and my food. Our order still came out hot and fresh and to our liking. The verity of syrups are not on the table if it's been awhile since you've been there. You will need to request what flavor you want or you will get the regular. Butter pecan is my fave!
I placed an order, schedule to pick up on the curve . There no one bring the order out. I called them many time no one pick up the phone. I tried to call again when I came inside I don’t hear the phone ring. There’s no phone line. the man ask me , I said I have a pick up order. Instead bringing my order out. He helping the customer in line behind me taking his order. Making me wait another 5 minutes instead handing me my order just take 30 second. And he doesn’t give me a hold order. I get in the car checking on the order , I got only haft of the order. Trying to get back inside, there he is walking toward me handing me another bag,””” he said here your other bag “””,
