Great service even though it was packed! was in and out.. love it!
Our server was great but there was an small issue where she had to call the manager Yvonne? she was the first Karen I ever encountered. My sister card said they charged 57 dollars but she said she didn’t pay and followed us to our cars!! We had children with us yet she still spoke to us disrespectfully and chose to harass us. The police came and said he wouldn’t have signed the receipt either. We won’t be returning all because Karen.. I mean Yvonne had a bad day.
Svc was a little slow but only because they had big groups coming and they were short handed. When svc did come she was polite professional and detailed. She did great for how busy things were. Food came out delicious! Loved my strawberry french toast sub with the smokehouse sausage breakfast. I added 2 pieces of bacon and it came out crispy. Yummy!
Our server, Steven Anthony, was hands down the best service I’ve ever had, anywhere. He had a tough customer right before me and handled it with grace and composure and everyone in the store was super grateful for him. He interacted with the children on their level and got laughs from the family next to me and treated the Seniors with care and respect offering anything they needed. He was the only server this late and managed all the tables with prompt service and individual care you don’t get with a slow day let alone a busy server. Store was super clean and atmosphere and decorations festive. Every time I fly here I know this will be where I come to refuel and refresh after a long flight. 10/10 On everything.
I understand that a lot of businesses are struggling due to lack of employees showing up to work. It also is Christmas Day so I get that many don’t like to work during the holidays. However. There is no excuse for the behavior my family received moments ago at the counter. The employee standing around at the checkout counter ignored the people in line but wasn’t doing anything or busy. My dad went to the counter because some of the customers said it was an hour wait and he wanted to put our name in. The lady up front ignored him completely. Then after awhile, asked the whole lobby as a whole who was dining in instead of the next person in line! She also snapped at my dad and another customer saying she didn’t want to work today and didn’t even want to be here and was leaving and didn’t care. Attitude determines alot. Clean up your act and act like a nice person, even if you’re under stress. It’s not the customers fault you don’t want to work or that someone called off
Made us sit and wait for 40 minutes until the manager came out and said they couldn’t take anymore order cause the “system went down in the back of house.” Hard to say that when your still ringing order in and cashing people out. Horrible customer service

Great hospitality clean and Food was great! Did have a small issue with my order but the were great about addressing my issue fixing it and my food was Amazing. My waitress that worked that morning was a Gem forgot her name but she works in the day great smile dark brown reddish hair and beautiful smile will always pick her when I go back
When we arrived there was no one here except one couple we just got our food the other people that came in after us were served first the floors were nasty under our table not very happy.
My son and I stopped in last night for dinner. Our host ( I think his name was Anthony) was AWESOME! He had other tables but was always checking in on us, even offered to go drinks. We both ordered Burgers, which we had never had at IHop before and they were fantastic! We will definitely be back!
