Service was extremely slow. Didn't get the food we ordered. Hamburger bun was stale.
I'm pretty sure IHOP is operating on the same model as every other restaurant there is. I celebrated my granddaughter's birthday there on a Sunday. There was no heavy traffic or waiting. However the food was great the service was pretty slow simply because of black of people wanting to go to work. It's a shame but I deeply appreciate IHOP
Disgusting restaurant. I ordered delivery, they provided the wrong food (which was grossly undercooked), when I called they notified me that they were out of what I ordered but didn’t know what to do so just made me pancakes, and offered a solution to the problem of a “sorry”, and then hung up when I proceeded to explain that when you undercook food, fail to notify the customer of a change to his order, and overall are just generally rude folks might get upset ?♂️
What a bad choice to get food. The food had been sitting a while honestly it just look to bad to explain and I'll never go back to eat here again also would not recommend this place at all period
Ordered online for curbside. Got there 2 minutes after the set pickup time. Let them know I was there. Waited in my car 10 minutes before going inside, stood inside for 5 minutes before someone would acknowledge me, then waited another 15 minutes before actually getting my food. The cherry on top? My order was wrong. Btw there were 8 employees that I counted and 6 people in the restaurant.
To begin with , the presentation of the food was bad and there was pieces of the skillet all over the food to be specific everyone’s food had them and the crepes that we served to us tasted like thin eggs and the service was slow and the presentation made you not want to eat it and my 5 year old daughter ordered the funny face pancake and believe or not the pancake had a sad face and my daughter said “why’s it sad “ it has traumatized my daughter
Food came out slow and half of the orders were not brought out. Not bussin at all. I was so excited to start my day out with some ihop pancussy but now I’m just leaving very sad :(
Any have a picture of the wreckage because it was so good. Definitely did not feel rushed. Really appreciated how attentive the staff was.
We stopped by here about an hour before dining room closed. The server greeted us within a few minutes and we were seated. He got our drink order immediately and took our order when he came back with them. He let us know as the orders came up, he would bring them out individually so they didn't get cold. We were fine with that. It was only minutes between each meal arriving at the table. The food was hot and tasted good. He did refill our drinks about halfway through the meal.We would definitely eat here again especially for the friendly service we had.
The service was bad, but that was do to only 2 waitresses and one cook the manager, apparently he did not know how. I got Senior Turkey. It came turkey was all cut up and greasey. Broccoli was cold potato's was ok. Was suppose to have gravy, had to ask for that. My sons omelette must been sitting back there cheese was melted and turning hard. I would not recommend going there. My food looked like and taste like slop. Bill was 23.00 with the tip. I will say the waitress that was new there came over and asked what was wrong. She was really good. See pics.
