This used to be my go to restaurant. Now everything is half done. The flavor is gone. I see them cooking what I believe is my food, but everytime I get my food it's as if it set in a heat box. The chicken, fish, & gizzards or anything that's fried is never crispy not even the fries!!! I would've gave it 1 star but the stuff is always hot.

All come with fries that have a lemon pepper dry seasoning that is really good.Service is alright. Most people get their food to-go instead of sitting inside to eat.
I visited the location at 1 Glendale Milford Rd. Cincinnati Ohio 45215 satur. January 1 2022. It was my first time ever visiting a Hook Fish & Chicken. There was a beautiful cat handing outside the entrance door. While waiting in dining room area for my order, I noticed a mouse running come out from behind something. I believe it was a garbage can. There were other custumers waiting and people were coming in and out of the restaurant. I couldn't believe it ! I will never ever ever ever go back again. You never know what's in the food.

On the road and stop by this place an order 20wings with fries.. the chicken was cook to perfection right amount of lemon pepper but the fries on the other hand was fried kinda too hard and some of it was soggy. I was surprised they do not serve mild sauce and the hot sauce they have isn’t hot AT ALL.
I got catfish and fried chicken dinner with fries. It was good
Ordered for dining room. 4 people behind counter talking about having daughters, being on period, the lesbains at their school, (Mason) after 20 mins walked up my food had been sitting under light. Instead of someone walking it out. Loved this place but last night was last time you get my business!
The chicken and fish was on point best I’ve had on the road at a very very long time five stars for sure
Good philly cheese steaks, onion rings, mac & cheese, fried mushrooms. Heard the chicken wings are good. Just didn't get my cole slaw. Should have checked before leaving. I wasn't going back for it.
Love their food. They had some black seed type drinks that were awesome!
