First time. Good donuts. Nice variety, staff was nice and helpful.
My family wanted to try an assortment of different flavors of donuts. Although the donuts look good they taste bland. I think their actual donut batter recipes need to be reworked because they don’t have any flavor. Desserts need spices, I don’t know who came up with their batter recipes but they failed miserably.The iced old fashioned in particular actually had a taste but it was odd and gross. The only one that was edible was the red velvet.

Woke up early and went out of my way to the only donut shop that is open before 7am (when I have to be at work). Arrived at 6am to find the doors locked. By 6:20am the doors were still locked with four employees visibly making donuts. The store did not pick up phone calls so I had to leave for work without having a chance to purchase any donuts.
I visited this location on a Sunday morning to pick up some donuts for the family and the customer service was great so were the donuts! Even though there was a line they got through the customers pretty quickly. So I decided to go back again but in the afternoon and my experience was the complete opposite. Nobody was upfront so I stood for a while to wait for someone since they have bells on the door, but no one ever came out so I had to yell out a couple times just to get someone to take my order. This old man came out and was completely rude, as I was telling him what donuts I wanted for my order he was just throwing them in the box, and once I checked out he basically shoved the box in my face as if me coming in the store was an inconvenience. I'd say if you visit go on their busier days or in the morning when they have people who are actually ready to do their jobs.
While the donuts are good the customer service at the Oakley location is lacking to say the least. If you're going to do this whole pre-paid order pickup thing you might want to have a line for those orders! It would be a whole lot easier.

Honestly a little disappointed in my visit here. The selection was really not that good for a store that specializes in doughnuts. The doughnuts I had were very average. I don't think this place deserves a lower review, but there are much better doughnut shops out there.
