First visit and the breading on the chicken was very hard, like paper mache almost. The chicken itself was good, and the sides were ok. The place is very small but I was able to get a table without waiting.

This was my first time dining here My son and I love fried chicken an since it was recommended to me by my parents who love all their food especially their world famous chicken and have been eating there for nearly 35 years now. I know I will be goin back very soon. I was just blown away by the price it was very reasonable for the big meal I got. It only cost me $16 bucks for me and my son to eat there. I was very surprised that It was only $8 bucks a box what’s in a box you ask well that would be 2 pieces of world famous chicken, a side of coleslaw, a side of mashed potatoes and chicken gravy and a very soft dinner roll. I have to say it was the best chicken I’ve ever tasted and my son said the same so if you get the chance to stop in and eat either dine in or take out I highly recommend it.

Got a deluxe cheeseburger and onion rings food was great, service (girl with glasses)was great as well, can't wait to come back and try the FRIED CHICKEN

Love it! My wife and I frequent this small family oriented "diner" I recommend their chopped steak. They have daily specials as well as their famous fried chicken. The staff is super awesome. The place is always hopping. But service is fast and friendly.

I've driven by this place a hundred times and finally decided to stop in. The staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. Their applesauce is straight delicious, I usually don't like non cinnamon flavored but this stuff was great. The fries were nice and crispy and the chicken pieces had great flavor. Definitely recommend

Small dining area, big on taste. The food is all made fresh and with great prices. Fried chicken is excellent. Staff is just as awesome. Will be going again.

This was a 30min drive for me. But definitely worth it. The food was great, but the service was even better. Really surprising considering it was a couple of really young kids (19 to 23ish maybe). Chicken and gravy were amazing. Peach Cobbler was great too!

Best fried chicken joint in Cincy in my opinion. Super reasonable pricing, fast and friendly service. The breading on the chicken is really light and crispy, old school mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and (I believe house made) chicken gravy.

Food was good, people were friendly, never been there before, definitely will be back to check other foods out

I was in Kellogg for work and we needed to grab a quick lunch. We stumbled across this local gem since it was the closest restaurant. This is exactly what you think of when people say “hole in the wall or dive.” It’s super cute and cozy, with homemade southern favorites and friendly welcoming staff. Since we were in a rush, I ordered the special. It was country fried chicken with two sides and a roll. My coworker order chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Our food was packed and ready for takeout in less than 10 minutes. Both of the meals had large servings and around $10. The country fried steak was two chicken tenders covered in gravy. The chicken was not processed or pressed. They were cut up chicken breasts. It was chicken like you would have if you made it at home. The chicken was crispy, but we both agreed it could have used more seasoning. The green beans were delicious and well seasoned. My only complaint was that my entire meal was in one to-go tray without dividers. The green bean juice was not contained. Luckily, we were only a few minutes away so I just tried to separate them. Next time, I will try a burger and onion rings. They looked amazing. They have a large variety of sides and delectable looking desserts. If it wasn’t lent, I would have grabbed the blackberry cobbler or cherry pie. If you are ever near Cincinnati, stop by this local treasure and give it a try!
