I can see why friends like this place. They did not have the cider that I like, but the bar tender recommended an alternative that was just as good. He was friendly and made sure I felt welcome.

My dad used to bring me to this bar when I was a baby in a carrier and every so often when I’m in Cincy, I love to come back and have a pint here, now that I’m able to experience it as an adult. I brought my partner a few days ago during one of these intermittent trips down memory lane, and unfortunately there was a group of people making loud racist and anti-Semitic jokes. However, the bartender overheard this nonsense and immediately called these folks out and humbled them
They have darts but no pool table. I still had fun at the bar listening to and playing music from their jukebox.
