Affordable and decent all you can eat Chinese buffet. They have a good selection of staples such as lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, egg rolls, etc. The staff seem to actively replace empty trays and the food was both hot and fresh. Surprisingly this is one of the few buffets I’ve been to that does not serve sushi, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The only aspect of the dining experience that didn’t stand out to me was the desert. There were lots of fruits but the few baked goods they had didn’t seem fresh and there wasn’t a large variety. Overall good experience and would definitely return if I had a craving for a Chinese buffet.
The employees are good at ignoring people. My empty soda cup has been sitting at the edge of the table for 10 minutes, and the employees didn't even bother to look at it, even tho they came by to give us our bill, and pick up some dishes. The waitresses never even bothered to ask if we needed anything, or see how things were going, even tho they were constantly walking around like they had a purpose. They don't do anything, but they want that big tip left behind for them. Save your time, and go somewhere
Found 2 cockroaches crawling around the ice cream cooler, pointed this out to 2 separate waitresses. Neither of them seemed to take this seriously, one of them actually interrupted my husband as soon as he said "ice cream" and said "oh yeah you can go get some ice cream-" as if he hadn't just said there were roaches crawling around it. Could be coincidence, but I came down with a nasty case of food poisoning the day after eating here. I used to love this place but it's gone downhill. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.
My cashier was so rude that I wanted to turn around and leave. The food was absolutely tasteless. Don't waste your time, energy, or money going there. It's over crowded with people that you don't want to eat dinner with. It's not a great environment and is not something that you want to even deal with.
Floor is disgusting when you walk throughout the facility. Tables are disgusting, food is subpar at best. You may have better quality eating the nasty table where you are seated. No, really... the food is despicable! Judging by the inside of the restaurant, it may actually be more clean to eat in a gas station bathroom frequented by truckers. But, please feel free to wear the glove they give you when you come in as to not spread any germs at the buffet (says the person walking out of the bathroom with a glove on their hand) can't help but wonder if they wiped with that same hand. LORD!!Just a disappointment each time I have come here. Never again!!
They are usually good but tonight was a different story. There was a hair in the sesame chicken on the buffet, the server was rude and completely under dressed, crayfish eggs inside the crayfish
Doesn't even deserve a star!! Very bad service.. Our waiter with attitude rolling her eyes at people!! Throwing stars and slamming drinks on table!! If you tired and don't want to work lady stay home!! Asked for manager none around at the time!! Supposedly he didn't come in today.. Watvr... Didn't get refill on drink at all we asked for refill she makes a face. Cause she had already left us our receipts after having bearly 5min of getting there!! Food was hard n with bones inside it!! Never again will I stop in to eat here!! Hopefully Manager is there tomorrow to let him know on all his employees there on the phone n talking n standing around!!!!! ?
The most consistent and expeditious buffet on the east side and conveniently located between Lowes and Home Depot on Ridge for those looking to grab lunch while also grabbing materials. The introduced a robot busser lately but the staff is also very attentive for beverages and cleaning off tables.
Only place my husband can consistently get salmon. Love it for takeout. We've learned to embrace that option at a buffet restaurant Not too hungry? Get less/pay less. Starved? Get more/pay more.
I’m giving this 5 stars as in a 5 star midwestern chain buffet. The food was hot and fresh and the service was quick and on top of it. The food flavor was as expected, and responsibly priced.
