Being able to fall ahead and get a dozen and a half Bengals themed cupcakes on short notice and getting excellent service when we arrive earns a solid 5 stars. Great taste makes it even better ??

First time getting donuts at Graeter's, wasn't disappointed! The donuts I tried were amazing!
This is probably my favorite store of the 5 or 6 I've been to. Customer service is always great and there's always parking relatively close to the door.
The staff is patient, courteous and does a good job getting people through the line pretty quickly. They also make some pretty good reggae recommendations. The s'mores flavor is delicious! The place was clean and I appreciated that the entire wasn't freezing inside, like with other places during the summer.
A Cincinnati favorite! A must try! The ice cream is the best I've had so far! They make it in small batches so you know it's made with care. The doughnuts are amazing! They sell cakes, cookies, and even doggie desserts. If you are in Cincinnati for the first time try something from Graeter's! You won't be disappointed!
It's nice being greeted as you come in the door. The store is well lit and most everything is right in front of you. The are friendly and helpful. The flavors are great (although I would prefer smaller chips in Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip).
