Best ice cream around. The selection and quality are a cut above any other ice cream parlor I've been to.

Graeter's is a local favorite and for good reason! I had some peach ice cream which is seasonal and always terrific. I'd like to see them freshen the look of the shop but maybe that's just me.
Tried to order from GRAETER'S APP, and they (corporate) put in the wrong address OF THEIR OWN STORE for the delivery service, which is doordash, which is an absolute trash service anyway. They can't fix it. They won't fix it (at corporate's end through their phone number) and I can't cancel my order online. No recepit of it being canceled on my end, just the manager's word. (Though, later, I did receive an email that it was canceled.)\\n\\nDon't order online. Please. Go to the store, which is very nice and always has been pleasant.
Brownie Sundae was delicious! Best part it was free for my birthday from their rewards club!!
Our server James has taken our order a few times in the past and each time he has been most helpful. Suggesting flavors, letting us taste any of the flavors and checking for discounts. A very pleasant experience to say the least.

As My daughter and I entered, the man was not rude , but not willing to do the extras to satisfy a customer ?. I wanted to know if there was a certain ingredient in 1 particular flavor of Ice cream. His answer, \\\" Oh its in all of them.\\\" Ummm no its not. I read labels on anything I buy. Some of their flavors do , some don't. But he was not willing to look. INDEED I will also add we were the only 2 customers in the store at the ti.e.

Been back twice now and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! The ice cream is delicious and the donuts are worth coming back for! It's definitely someplace I'll take my kids for years to come! ?
