Of course the ice cream is fantastic, but it's the play place that sets it apart from other locations. It's fantastic -spacious, clean, good for even the littlest.

The ice creams good but it’s an awkward experience when you’re trying to order ice cream and the two young girls are laughing and talking about their boyfriends. In fact the girl had to ask me “wait which flavor did you want again?”. Unprofessional.

Great selection of a wide variety of ice cream. If you’re one who has a giant sweet tooth, then this place has you covered! Especially if you want a sneaky pre-bedtime snack! Have to be careful though…I randomly stumbled through some event that had finished and everyone decided to get ice cream there…super busy! The staff still were able to offer friendly and helpful service! Great job!
Black raspberry chip is impossible to beat for me but my son loved the new Midnight Snack. Graeter's sent me a BOGO coupon because I hadn't been in for over 3 months. That's hard to beat. Four stars only because drive-thru lane very slow so my son went inside, got ice cream and was back to car before line moved.
The ice cream is amazing! But the drive through lane was very slow and they got my order wrong. Wife was rather upset about getting the wrong type of ice cream.

Last night I had to get gas at Shell was on empty. Had to stop by and get me a Valentine milkshake it was delicious.
Going through the drive-thru every single time“Would you like to leave a tip”=Pay your employees higher wages, customers don’t pay for employees wages. Only ice cream.Also, when I proceed to tip $1. Don’t hand me a leaking milkshake. It’s just awkward you ask for a tip and hand someone a leaking cup.
