Best customer service around! We were able to call in and immediately speak with a professional agent who helped us place a delivery order for pints of ice cream. Made for a great gift!

I have been going to Graeter’s since I was a small child. Today we stopped in to get a couple of cones. First we discovered the cost of their cones has gone up again. Something which has been happening with increased regularity. Additionally the serving size of their dips is about half of what it used to be. The dips of ice cream we received today were barely above the top of the cone. I used to be able to justify the higher cost of their product because their serving size was always generous. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I am not sure how the woman serving us today could do so with a smile on her face. I would have been embarrassed with what she was giving us for the cost being charged. This may well be our last trip to Graeter’s. To add insult to injury there is a sign in the window requesting you give a tip.
We called greater and the customer service was absolutely great Blase definitely needs a raise. :)
