Graeter's ice cream shop downtown is great! The black raspberry chocolate chip was so flavorful!!! One scoop in a cup= $5 even or 5.25 in a waffle cone. They also have a key lime pie flavor that I'm going to have to try next time. You can get coffee here, donuts, cookies, candy, chocolate, and other goodies too. There's plenty of places to sit inside and you can people watch at fountain square. Pretty cool! ⛲???????☕??

I’ve tried a couple different Graeter’s locations and they are consistently bad. Don’t waste your $. Find a real ice cream shop. It’s more like ice milk than ice cream. ☹️Yuck. Staff was polite so I gave them 2 stars strictly for them.

Amazing ice cream and awesome store layout. The service and attentiveness was great and well appreciated!!! If in Cincinnati it’s a must see! (Next to Fountain Park)

The lady by the name of Sasha was overwhelmingly rude; one of my orders was wrong. Hence, I informed her and attempted to grab the donut from the bag and return it to her. However, she stopped me from grabbing the donut out of my bag, which was no problem due to me not having gloves on, but she didn't either, so I questioned her before entering her hands onto the rest of my items regarding her wearing gloves; she became highly annoyed and impatient as if I was the illogical one for asking a valid question, she forcefully handed me my bag due to frustration, which fell onto the floor and received no apology. Yet, I was so patient even after receiving the wrong item. Worst experience ever!

You have to try their Black Raspberry Chip ice cream. I believe it’s one of their best selling flavors. Very courteous staff and quick service. Large scoops so one was more than enough for me. Black Raspberry was little sweet for me.

Every time I come to Cincinnati I have as much Graeter's as possible until I start being a bit ashamed of how much ice cream I've ingested in a few days! I particularly recommend their black raspberry and butter pecan flavors. A double scoop dish is all you need for a nice taster and to feel kinda full for the next couple hours. Highly recommended!

This location is very clean and the staff are friendly. They have a variety of non ice cream treats and souvenirs too. Don't sleep on their mango sorbet, that flavor is phenomenal! Highly recommend stopping in for a scoop. They have pretty limited seating inside, but if the weather is nice there are plenty of tables out on the square.

For my wife & me, visiting Cincinnati without stopping at a Graeter's shop would be like visiting Paris & not going into a French bakery. The service was friendly & prompt, and the ice cream was a delight as always. Their variety of ice cream flavors always makes it difficult to decide on which to order, making a double scoop a necessity sometimes. The best part of this visit: That was our Saturday lunch - sometimes you've gotta treat yourself. And speaking of bakeries, the baked goods offered at the Fountain Square location - a new addition since our last trip IIRC - looked as good as their ice cream always tastes. So on our next visit (the sooner the better), we might just go with ONE scoop & follow it with a baked treat. A two-course meal is better than one.

They really have great ice cream and donuts ?

We love Greater’s but never come back this fountain square one. We went here at night the white young male staff with a mustache was really rude and aggressive. He kept talking about what he did last night. It was about smoking weed and some violent things. Is it an appropriate content to chat at an ice cream shop? Why other staff didn’t stop him? Also his behavior was weird and what he said didn’t make sense. We don’t want to come back this store because we don’t wanna feel unsafe to get ice cream! Especially in Winter, this store is next to an ice rink. Should be family friendly. No chatting about smoking weed at ice cream shop please.
