I love ice cream, especially Butter Pecan. In addition to Butter Pecan, they also had a Brown Sugar Bourbon Butter Pecan. The clerk gave me a sample and I was hooked. I had a scoop of both and there were halves and big pieces of pecans. Nothing is more irritating then to have to look for the nuts in the ice cream. If you are ever in Cincinnati visit this place. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down, the best ice cream in the world! I have never had a flavor I didn’t like. My favorite is Madagascar Vanilla Bean! Mmmm!!! I highly recommend Graeter’s Ice Cream!!! I go there every time I visit Cincinnati!
Staff was friendly, the place was pretty busy but they kept the line moving. I was with a big group and they got everyone out in good time. It was almost 11pm too and still pretty busy. I'm not a fan of the ice cream, I personally think it's way over priced, but the cookies are ON POINT. So I settled for a big cookie. ?
I went in earlier this afternoon and Lilly and Megan were so nice. They always remember me and welcome me back! I always love this location and the staffs banter is always so funny. I live closer to the auburn location but have been going to this one for years. That being said, I do hate that lately they have been out of a lot of ice-creams and basic things lately. Especially this summer. Oh and I’ve learned the hard way, don’t go in on a Sunday, lately there’s never enough ice-cream left over. Hopefully something changes soon because I miss how this store used to be
We had their banana split and it was fabulous. I would definitely go there again. The place was busy and the people were friendly and we believe that they did everything that a person would do that wanted your business.

Stopped into the Ludlow location this morning for an office pastry. It was my first day back from surgery and I wanted to celebrate. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and made me feel a part of the community. Not only were they ready to recommend a pastry but handed one over to me for free! This shop will now be my go to for future office treats! It's the little things and they do them right.
