Long wait, but always worth it. The location is a little sketchy, but that isn’t Gomez’ fault.Excellent food. Wish the line moved a little faster. Highly recommend!

Out of this world! Had a barbacoa turtle and was blown away by flavor. A new favorite place to get tacos. Will have to keep going back and trying new combinations!
I love this restaurant whenever I come into town. I always get the Fish Turtle Baja Style($11). It is so good!
I visited this location a couple weeks ago, and was less than impressed. I had really high hopes, but the majority of our chips were stale, my tacos were cold (like, refrigerated cold, maybe that’s just how they’re served?), and I wound up chewing tin foil at one point. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but for over $30, it definitely wasn’t worth the price.
This was recommended based off the OTR location so maybe I assumed incorrectly that quality would translate to other locations, but the experience I just had at this place was the worst I've had. To start, as I was placing my order a female employee threw a very public tantrum filled with profanities and stormed out of the restaurant. Stuff like that usually doesn't bother me, but it was so loud that a couple of other customers quickly gathered their things to leave. Secondly, the drinks we ordered were not served to us until after the food and after I asked for them. Lastly, immediately following our order the food runner started telling people they were closed even though they had two hours of operation according to the hours posted on the front door and on Google. I understand that certain things happen and given the state of the world being understaffed is common, but the way they handled it was just careless. He also kept calling people "big dog" and "boy". As someone who has worked in fields that require good customer service for many years, it was an all-around unprofessional, and disappointing experience. I won't be going back and I do not recommend it for anyone considering.
Delicious food and great staff..The Turtles are the bomb , as is the Salsa..Highly Recommend..
Turtle turtle turtle!!!! Love me some turtles from this place. I always get Diablo style with Barbara Cola or chicken. Just writing this review makes me want one. They also make great margaritas
I’ve never heard of a turtle, but the barbacoa Diablo-style could probably cure COVID. The beef was tender and flavorful, veggies were fresh, and the crusty cheese on top was a nice touch. I wish the Diablo was hotter, but I’ll test it again, just in case I got a mild one by accident. Seriously amazing and everyone there was helpful, cheerful, and fast. I will definitely be coming back, maybe later tonight.
