Love this place! Out of curiosity does anyone know what the Diablo sauce is made of? I have Hot Ones Last dab at home and I swear the Diablo blows that out of the water on scoville rating ?❤️?
One of the best loved late night Cincinnati spots, Mexican flavors and fresh, made to order, bowls burritos tacos and turtles. Turtles? oh yeah! Think a taco bell crunch wrap supreme on steroids, and that's what they specialize in. My friend's pregnant wife had a craving, so we drove by 3 other taco spots for this, and every bit worth it.
The fish tacos are really bad. Every single time I order the fish taste funny, the ingredients in the Baja style is never cut up right. I promise I bit into half an onion once and y'all just throw 50 pounds of cheese right on top. I know you're probably like, well why she keep coming back if she doesn’t like the food? Because I’m always willing to give it a chance and I’m usually there with others so it’s almost never my idea to go. Im just saying this has happened too many times so I need to let somebody know and hopefully things will change for the better.
Friendly place ! You never know the ordering procedure in a restaurant the first visit and that can be kinda awkward. With the regulars looking at you with laughter in their eyes. But Gomez isn't like that. The lady that took my order was very nice.....any restaurant would love to have an employee like her.My chicken burrito was excellent, with good sized chunks of meat. With a slight amount of heat from the peppers. The corn inside was tasty also. It was a big burrito , but it didn't last long. Glad I stopped in. And I'll be back.
Food was good all the way to the chips & guacamole service was super friendly. will return again.
Amazing food, relaxed atmosphere, kind employees and fairly priced. What more could you want from a TexMex place? The turtles are what crunchwraps dream to be when they grow up.
Very tasty! I got a barbacoa turtle, southwest style, and it was so good. I think it ran me about $11.
FIRST WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON WAS VERY RUDE. Secondly I HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD AND WHEN I CALLED THEY LAUGHED AND SAID ALL OUR WORKERS ARE BALD. I don’t see what’s funny ? Hair in someone’s food is not at all funny. I took a video and picture. I don’t recommend this place simply because the people are rude and seem entitled. They made it seem like I was lying about the hair in my food, my hair is brown and it’s Locs so that’s impossible for it to be mine! The hair was really long blonde hair and it has food on it.-10 from me.
Gomez Salsa is a MUST visit anytime you're in OTR. The food is amazing and nothing tops a turtle. Can't wait until my next visit.
Quality ingredients but underwhelming portions for the salsa and chips.
