They are amazing!!!! Alexis is the best! my baby shower cake turn out amazing!!!! & taste even better. This has been my second time ordering from them & im more than satisfied with their work!
The staff rolled their eyes when I walked in and caused me to feel unwanted/awkward. Sorry, I interrupted their down time. New ownership better step in and shut this behavior down.... or the number of stores will diminish until...you know.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with this branch. I sent them a picture of a cake that I found online that I wanted for an anniversary photo shoot and they did an amazing job. It looks spot on the picture (which had a fairly complicated design). They were very professional and accommodating, and the cake was absolutely delicious.
My favorite cupcakes. They always have so many different flavors, including unique and seasonal options. They also have vegan ones on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly.
I ordered cupcakes to surprise my daughter but the Door Dash driver cancelled the order because she wasn't home. Amy from Gigi's reached out to me and said she would make the delivery herself. I gave her my daughter's work address and she hand delivered the cupcakes!! I am so happy to know that excellent customer service still exists. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Gigi's cupcakes!!
So today I had a cupcake emergency. I needed 100 cupcakes and I needed them fast. I Google Gigi's cupcakes and went there without calling or anything. The owner was very helpful and she was very nice and very friendly and she saved the day. And my coworkers were very happy with the cupcakes. Thank you very much for your awesome service and assistance. They are worth it.
Just my opinion, I thought it was too much icing. I tried their red velvet cupcake and I did not like it what so ever. It did not have the red velvet taste or texture. I had brought four cupcakes and no one in my family cared any of them. I understand they are gourmet cupcakes so it’s a little over the top. But I didn’t like the taste of any the ones I got.
Nothing spectacular and pricey!! Small variety, however, well decorated. Have found much better in the area.
So if you're not a big fan of icing these cupcakes may not be for you. They can be sweet but I enjoy them and the flavors are delicious!
