Chicken Gyoza and the Nagoya ramen were delicious. However, our server could have been friendlier.
Decent experience. While it wasn't the best ramen I've ever had it was pretty good. Staff was friendly and greeted us promptly after entering. The chicken can leave a bit of an aftertaste, the pork was really great. Wish they were also a bit more generous on the meat portions as some other places are. Another complaint, minimal parking space as the lot contends with other businesses. Had to park in the Kroger parking lot and walk over.
Very friendly staff. I have allergies and they walked me through the menu; told me what I can have and what to avoid. The food was really good and it was a good serving size. I got the gluten free spicy miso ramen.
Ordered the Genki spicy miso ramen. It was good, but I would’ve liked it to be spicier. It could’ve used more bamboo and I should’ve read that it was minced beef. Overall, it was pretty good
Great atmosphere. I love the interior design; morden but cozy. You can see the kitchen staff running on their feet and making the food quickly to serve the demanding crowd.The menu is simple, and filled with all the must have.It's the second time I'm here this week. Can't wait to try them all.
The best authentic ramen location and the best Genki location. They are attentive, listen well to your order , get the order out in a timely manner and correctly. This location is larger than the other Genki in Norwood. I would also say that it is better (larger portions and better cooked bbq pork). 5/5 rating. Good job guys.
I’d heard great things about Genki Ramen but never visited (nearest locations were in Mason and West Chester) so I was excited to hear when a new location happened up nearby in Oakley. We enjoyed two of their appetizers, chicken karaage and the tabasake, which were both delicious. The karaage was more tender and juicy but the tabasake had a more unique seasoning (sweet and spicy). Of course I had to try their highly rated tonkatsu which didn’t disappoint and was both very flavorful and filling. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Couldn’t wait for this place to open however it was worth the wait! Everything was fantastic! Hands down the best Ramen I’ve had.
Love all of their locations and this new one in Oakley Station is no different. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Food is amazing and fairly priced.
The ramen was sub par, broth was good but the contents bland. I dined in and paid with card, waitress came back with my receipt, no card. I asked for my card and the restaurant immediately went on the defense saying they didn't have it and refused to look. I canceled the card as soon as I walked out, definitely won't return. Monroe location.
