The concept is great. It was fresh. I customized a poké bowl. It honestly was just kind of mediocre. So much rice and a ton of cucumbers and edamame but hardly any shrimp, and I think it was very bland. 1 little side container of spicy mayo wasn't enough and honestly I didn't like the mayo that much anyways, it was oddly sweet. Just wasn't my cup of tea but my pickup order was made according to my order and ready on time. I just wish I would've enjoyed it more especially since it was nearly 20 bucks for a bowl and a side of edamame.
This was my first experience at fusian. The staff was extremely kind! The store was very clean. Their drink options are awesome because of the different flavors of lemonade offered! The food was not so good, unfortunately. The rice was mostly soggy, and parts of it either was undercooked or old rice. It's probably the worst sushi I have ever had. I can not speak for their other menu items, but I would recommend not going for their sushi.
I can't afford to go here as often as I'd like, but this is one of the very few places I can get vegetarian sushi. The girls that are working there are always really nice and committed to making sure I get my sushi exactly as I want it. The bottom of my to-go box was sticky and they wiped it off with no attitude at all (I feel like you don't get that terribly often anymore). Sushi was really good!
We have been many times to Fusian in the past. We stopped the other night and saw they had new menu items. We ordered the Veggie Gyoza- they were absolutely inedible! Half the edamame were brown and slimy instead of green! Then my husband got the salmon roll, and I got tuna. 6 hours after eating he had horrible pains, and proceeded to suffer from food poisoning for the rest of the weekend. We will NEVER be going back to Fusian. Very disappointing!

Best tofu ever! I ordered the custom salad, added my favorite veggies with the tofu and yummy… oh my god it was so delicious. Fresh and flavorful. The bowl comes packed and it was a decent sized meal that I split between lunch and dinner. For 15 bucks including taxes and a miso soup, that was awesome cost/benefit. Healthy and delicious, that’s the way I like it.
You can make a GIANT quality roll for the same price as Kroger. Staff is friendly and very helpful with which toppings are best. So many options. Sweet chili sauce with tempura shrimp rolls are to die for.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to read an order. I got the order delivered through DoorDash. Fusion forgot an entire salad so one of our party didn’t get anything to eat. And then we asked for inside out rolls and the seaweed was on the outside. And then they didn’t include any ginger which was in the order and this has happened twice. Why is it hard to read? We ordered at 9:30 so by the time it was delivered it was too late to reorder for the person who did not get their salad. Super annoying.
Went here on a whim on the way out of town. Wasn’t half bad. The menu is simple and concise. It’s little cozy inside, but it feels a bit of a to-go place. Plus, it appears relatively clean. I got the sushi- pretty decent overall. Would definitely come here for a bite if you’re feeling sushi or if you need something fast.
