If I could add Zero stars I would !! Lady in the front is Extremely Rude for no reason, They’re not sanitary while making bowls the touch money and pens while doing it . They are quite stingy with portions they drench the bowls with a lot of sauce ! Overall 3/10 . The lady in the front has to go I don’t see how the workers can deal with that .
It's an Asian Chipotle the food is great but sometimes you don't get what you order because they are stupid busy!!
Food is great but one of the ladies is always so rude and hostile. I think she might own the place but When people are confused she almost raises her voice and makes them feel stupid. It makes me not want to come here and go to a different location. This was on 02/4 around 3pm.
I used to not be able to get out of this place for under $30! Well now it just cost me $60 with the tip! But I have to admit it was worth every penny and it always will be.
I love Fusa Bowl, always fresh and very tasty. I love being able to pick out my own vegetables! The sushi is also good!
While waiting for my order at the Western Hills location I watched their food prep section go through multiple heads of lettuce without any gloves on. The used their barehands to separate and chop, as well as transport fresh food during a pandemic no less.
They always have sushi ready and perfect

First time at Fusabowl and I was very pleased. The Sushi was fresh and very good. I ordered Spicy Tuna Roll and portion size was good and taste was excellent. I will be returning based on this visit (I work up the street). I am looking forward to sampling some of the other menu items.
