Got 2 coconut cream pies and they both had mold inside of them… disgusting my 4 year old almost ate it!!!! They said sorry but that doesn’t mean anything to me we ended up without pies and grossed out!
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 2 strawberry pie babies. I got a piece of burnt cherry pie and a coconut cream pie full of mold. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE YOU MIGHT JUST DIE.
Third car to wait on food. Only ordered big boy fries and hot fudge cake.Didn't have reg fried had to get sweet potato. No customers in restaurant when I went in to find out about order. Cake was melted by time I got food. Not a good experience
I had a wonderful time at this Frisch's. Adrienne was my server and she was extremely kind, patient, and had a great personality. The food was hot, and delicious. If you are looking for A great place to get some awesome food Go and pay Adrienne a visit at North College hill Frisch's. ????
Last minute decision to not cook dinner, & run down to Frisch’s in NCH. The drive through had maybe 10 cars in line so I went in to place my order. The manager Chris acknowledged me when I walked in & let me know he’d be with me shortly. It was less than 5 minutes that he took my order & maybe 15 minutes that my order was up & the food was hot! Thank you
Ordered a carry out went to pick it up and the doors were locked @ 10:30am I called them and they said to go through the drive thru which had 6 cars ahead of me. Got home with my food and I think the big boy was from last night asked for tarter sauce on the side and didn't get any. Just a horrible experience
Service was terrible. Order was for a grilled cheese platter with on onion rings and cottage cheese, a cup of chili, and two drinks. The waitress brought two grilled cheese sandwiches and two onion rings, no silverware, drinks, or straws. We got our own ketchup and the manager was asked about missing items and he got the drinks, but no straws or anything else. The server ignored our request for our check and said she had to bus a table. All in alll, our worst restaurant experience ever.
I went to NCH Frisch's and tried to order a Swiss Miss (not on the Drive Thru Menu on App) with 2 order's of Onion Rings and 2 Hot Fudge Cakes. They were out of both Onion Rings and the Hot Fudge Cakes (BOGO free in the App too) at 6:30pm. Extremely disappointing!
Great service. Adrienne did an aweso e job! She remembered our order (for 6) without writing it down! We had a great experience.
First of all they have a sign outside stating that the dining room is open from 11am until 8pm and when we went it was only 637pm and when asked if the dining room was open the employees said no, then we order their new super cheesy bacon burger, which should have come with 2 patties, 2pc of cheese, bacon, onion and pickles, what we got was a regular bacon cheeseburger and it cost us $7.99, which was more than the Big Boy combo, and speaking of the combo the fries were too salty and cold, at least my Big Boy, the chili and my hot fudge cake were good. If I'm going to spend $26.78 on food all of it should be good.We're taking that so called super cheesy bacon burger back tomorrow to show them what they sold us was wrong. Very disappointed ?
