A bad morning went to Norwood location, went n drive thru at about 8:35 n da morning, order my meals , never received my order , come to find out there was only one cook. Those servers are nasty too.
The service was good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The food and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. My hashbrowns were cold when I got them, the bacon looked like a bunch of greasy scraps of bacon pieces thrown on the plate. The ketchup bottle hadn’t been wiped off in who knows how long? It was sticky and gross and in the days of Covid, very unsanitary, in my opinion. I will NOT be visiting this location again. The Blue Ash location will get my business from now on.
COVID precautions taken by staff. All hail the breakfast bar. It cost a little more than I remembered but it was worth it. They have added churros to the breakfast selection. Ate my fill and had a very rewarding experience. Our server was attention, polite and courteous. Will DEFINITELY go back again. Thumbs way high! ?
There has never been a time that I've visited here without problem. Beyond the poor customer service skills and occasional wrong sandwich, what really makes is particular location a pain in [email protected]$$ is each time I've used the drive thru I'm told to pull up and my order will be brought out. Just now. I pulled up. Waited. Got a bag with the sandwich & fries from the combo I just ordered. Called out to the dude about my missing shake. He goes in and brings the wrong shake. I told him that I ordered the new strawberry chocolate one. He says it is. "It isn't like the picture, " I complain. "Uh. I dunno bout that." While walking away he advises me to go inside if I have a problem. I'll just chuck it. Already wasted enough time here. I'm generously giving a 2nd star bc Ms Dee is a sweetheart. I hope she can get competent staff there soon.
Pricing is outrageous. Ordered club melt no tomato with a cherry coke. Substitute the Swiss with American cheese. Platter came with fries. Had to send it back bc of course tomato. They charge for flavoring in soda, and to substitute for a different cheese. A sandwich and fries with a cherry coke should not cost me $18.
At the Frisch’s on Vine St in Hartwell, Oh. Marcus… the best drive-thru guy ever. He speaks clearly on the microphone and is always smiling and friendly.
15 minutes waiting in line WITH NO ONE in front of me.I asked for a Big Boy with extra pickles and extra Tartar Sauce. The person taking the order was pleasant and repeated my order back, but my sandwich had No pickles and No tartar sauce. I live 15 minutes from the closest Frisch's, so it's not worth going back to request a correction. The cheese wasn't even melted when I got home which leads me to believe the burger was never hot. I rarely eat fast food, and this is one of the reasons why
cant get waited on and ordered a chili spaghetti and there was hardly any food. Everyone from Winton Rd etc has stunk. The only one with good food or service is Hamilton Ave.
I was excited about getting my bad boy sandwich for my first time… until I seen the guy not wearing both gloves. He wore one glove but still touched my food after wiping his nose and pulling up his pants from the back. That’s why I just left from the drive through without getting my food because it was going to be an issue. I wanted a bad boy sandwich, not a booger combo with a side of germs
My fiance and I ate here at this location for lunch today and we had a very good lunch they had great service even with the bad weather our server Melissa was awesome, thank you for your service and for doing such a great job at this location the restaurant! It was very very clean thank you for another great meal!!!!
