I don't know where to start. The service was quick and pleasant. The cook did a outstanding job. I even heard he called to see if he could come in. I would see him even clean as you go type thing. He wore gloves. Changed gloves when needed. It was only 2 servers, and let me tell you this, by the time they say is down and took our orders, the cook got it ready fresh and hot. My server, he was so good he didn't even have to write what we ordered down. They was so nice. We will be back. Keep the cook, and the servers!!! Much ? love. Hats off to the cook!!!
Wow let me just start by saying how awesome the manager Jennifer is:) she took the time out to make sure everything was right with my order and let me say that Burger was one of the best unfortunately the salad bar was closed but after a while I forgot all about it I will definitely be back customer service and BIG BOY burger won me over
Not a pleasant experience. My chicken fingers and fries were good. But what I came for was their soup & salad bar. It and the breakfast bar have been discontinued do to the employee shortage. One of my guest had the Buddy boy sandwich ($7.09) about the size of two White Castle sliders. The other guest had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was so tough that she couldn't eat it as a sandwich. The only positive was our young waitress. She is the reason for two stars. We left a good tip for her service. It is a shame but Frisch's will soon only be a memory with this type of decision making.
God awful service. Use to love this place but it not only went down hill, it dove off a cliff head first. I will never forget it, I called ahead to place an order and a certain type of race of people (you know who I'm talking about the extremely rude race) was on the phone with me. A woman. She said "one moment please" so 15 minutes later I get to the store and they are flat out not busy at all. Mind you I'm still on hold and I look in the back and there's the phone just sitting there and she's busy staying warm by the fryer talking to her friends and I asked if I should just hang up you guys are so busy that woman right there still has me on hold and the manager was so embarrassed she gave me my whole order for free. The manager of course was white. I felt really sorry for her she deserves 5 stars but this little story should sum up the type of people they have working there. This happened January 2022. It is now May and nothings changed.
Would definitely not recommend this place. At this location they close the salad bar down because they were not making a profit I was told from an employee. The service was horrible. It took forever to get our food and they were not even crowded. Two of the serving staff were arguing at the cash register when we were checking out. Management needs to step up
Just waited in line for 15 mins in the drive thru, with cars lined up in front of me and behind me, only to finally get to the ordering window to have a sassy employee tell me that they are closed. 7:30 closing on a Tuesday? You should have a message on the screen saying that you are closed. There should be measures to make sure that doesn't happen. Lights turned off, etc. Super frustrating to be there close to closing (unknowingly) and be left hanging like that.
Went inside to order a to go order after being ignored at the register for over 15 minutes decided to go thru the drive thru where once again I was ignored. Pulled to the window to try to get service where the young lady looked right at me and went back to playing on her phone finally the waitress from inside came to the window to inform me the drive thru was closed then the manager came to the window and informed me the drive thru was infact not closed and took my order then returned to tell me all the soup was frozen and they couldn't make my grilled ham and cheese only my cheeseburger so after 50 plus minutes still left with no food. All after calling to verify that they were open before leaving my house .
While the server himself was absolutely amazing… kind, apologizing for it being slow, and all that. He had absolutely NO HELP!!! He couldn’t get to clean his tables… I felt so bad for him. Never once did I see a manager come out to ask if he could use help. Instead I seen people just hanging out in the back. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
Service was extremely slow but this was due to lack of workers. They apparently don't carry french dressing anymore or any dressing for salad really. This restaurant has changed a lot, not for the better
The food was good, as was the waitress. The Manager was very rude to another customer getting carryout and she was loud and horrible on the phone. Loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear.
