Great service
Quite satisfied with the delicious breakfast bar, food was warm, plentiful and delicious! The waitress was outstanding ? and I was happy to have chosen this restaurant to feed my family following Easter ? Service!Excellent parking and spacious seating. It's clear to see how this restaurant chain has survived! Thanks for serving our family ?!
They forgot my broccoli, and tartar sauce, and garlic bread, food portion seemed really small. But i was hungry so it's whatever. They only had two people working which wasn't enough. It was better than the location on north bend which had one person working and we didn't even get served for 30 minutes so we left
I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Christine, Elizabeth and her colleagues were very gracious, pleasant, courteous and efficient. I enjoyed talking with them about their murals. Also the Teamwork displayed by these ladies was 2nd to none. This made me smile. I wasn't planning on visiting this location. We made a trip to Sayler Park to pick up an item & my son had to have Frisch's. So grateful we stopped by. I made some new friends too!
What’s the point if a drive thru when there is no line and they still make you pull up to wait? Is it because they want to make their wait time at the window low but the true time is 20-30 minutes parked by a garbage can? You are the only restaurant chain who ruined their establishment during the pandemic.
Even though the whole lack of workers due to covid and other things, the servers here are hard working and will do their best to accommodate your restaurant request here. Brian and Ms Sandy are stand out workers who deserve their own Frisches to own.Only problem I have with the restaurant is when it's time to clean up. My wife and I saw one day they were overwhelmed with customers, Door Dash deliveries, and trying to make orders that we offered (for no charge) to help our neighborhood frisches clear tables that were cluttered with used dishes. One of the workers told us we couldn't because the manager would have a problem with it. My wife and I understand that sometimes you need help and although we technically don't work for frisches, don't turn down a helping hand when it's given.
I brought my children here today 2/25/22 we usually come here but after tonight I will never give them my business ever again.. we got there and was seated at 705pm we waited and waited noone ever came to take our order asknwhat we wanted to drink nothing. A few other people came in and was seated after us and their order was taken.. After 20 minutes my children and I I got up and left, as we were walking to the car they had the audacity to send a hostess/ waitress out to say we didn't pay for our food.. what was I paying for the air we breathed because no one served us at all.. I've attempted to call the restaurant numerous times since this happened only for the phone to ring and then the message says the number is no longer in servic. They will get my money again. I will never eat there we again.

Usually frequent this place pretty often. Born & raised cheviot. Place has taken a nose dive the past couple years. Tried calling a few times tonight to double check dining room hours before heading that way only to be hung up on 3 times.
Today I ordered French toast & turkey sausage. I got 3 pieces of French toast which were very small & didn't taste that good. I felt like they had say around for awhile. Not sure if they were from the breakfast bar or not. 2 pieces of turkey sausage which I didn't like.. Why didn't I get a Big Boy sandwich?? I hope I remember not to order that again. Very disappointed in my food today on the other hand my friends plate if good looked great. Our waitress was extremely nice. Wish I had taken pics...
