ordered on line and paid on line.Went inside to pickup my food.waited for 5 minutes for someone to wait on me, the dining room was almost empty.Girl who finally waited on me, seemed very put out that she had to help me.She actually loaded my food into the bag. she forgot my drink that I had to ask for, and when I got home there were no fries for my combo meal.

Last week my daughters chicken in her kids meal was not cooked all the way. Pink inside and was white and slimy under the breading. Very gross. Luckily I was breaking her chicken into smaller pieces and saw it before she ate it. She could have been sick from this. I sent an email with no response.

Food is usually good, i just wish i wasn’t met with rude customer service at the drive thru when placing my order. It makes it really difficult to want to continue supporting when i feel that i am seen as an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I know times are hard for the restaurant industry right now but there are plenty of places that don’t allow this to impact customer service.

My guess is that if you could get your kitchen under control you might have more servers. We were there for dinner yesterday. it took over an hour and a half to get a couple hamburgers and some kids mac and cheese. Most of the food came and one of the entrees we had ordered was out of stock but no one told us until they brought all of the other dinners, so one kid was sitting with no food for a while while we had another order made. There was only one server and she was trying her best but it was a pretty futile situation. I also would recommend not having the host accepting payments and money while rolling silverware. Gross.

Place was absolutely disgusting looking. Salad was all brown and still serving it. Brought my wives order out she had the fish dinner with steamed broccoli and they were both very cold. Also when we walked in not being busy we stood and waited 5 minutes to be seated when all we see are the young kids working here just standing around talking and looking at us. I honestly believe this will be my last trip to this location

Dine-in on 4/18: poor service. Hot food ordered was served cold. Salad bar needs replenished. 2nd time this month dining in with the same result. Only 1 server for the entire floor. Quite a few running cashier, drive thru, take out. Those running Cash & hosts ignore customers waiting to be seated. Greeting a customer is an unknown practice at this location. Sad. We have to change our routine and find a new restaurant to frequent. Frischs has really gone down hill. If you only have 1 server then shut the dining room down. All the responsibilities shouldn't be on 1 person.

Server not attentive, food sat too long and bun literally fell apart. Beef Patty burnt, coleslaw tasted more like cabbage. Got the order wrong, got fries instead of onion rings, then came back with onion rings after it being pointed out. There was 1 server who tried to lighten the mood a little

I have eaten at many Frich's Big Boys around the country and never until today had a bad experience. I'll explain... The Frich's location at 5202 Delhi Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45238, USA is also a Ghost Kitchen for The Captains Boil takeout/delivery eatery on DoorDash, Uber eats and other online delivery services. so through DoorDash we decided to order some food from there, and while the dasher was nice and polite, the food was nowhere near what was expected, ordered, or pictured. In the small video, the first two items shown are what was ordered and the third is what was received. Never again and shame on you Frich's, this is well below the quality that my family and I have come to know and expect from you guys, even if it was by proxy...

Excellent service from the servers. The bar is always full when I'm visiting and everyone/everything is so relaxing and enjoyable. You must visit here for a enjoyable meal. Many items to choose from on the menu and then you have the breakfast/ soup salad bar also. Definitely will leave with a full belly!! Enjoy.

Katelynn D struggled with taking order (#424450), possibly new, so we were patient. Had to repeat order 5 times while watching order jump around on board. Finally looked correct so pulled up to window. Young gentleman at window took money and gave us one bag of food. Something didn’t seem right since we ordered 2 platters, 1 with cottage cheese, 1 with side salad. So we pulled forward to check order. No salad or cottage cheese. Went inside were I was met by another young man bringing a bag to front counter saying “salad”? Okay, problem solved. Nope. Got home to find no cottage cheese and sandwiches had nearly no lettuce, tartar sauce or pickles. Onion rings weren’t overcooked like they stayed in fryer too long, but burnt black on just one side like they sat on a hot plate till they burned and stuck together. Sad, our earlier patience didn’t pay off. Would have waited (as I think most would) to have a decent meal. In these times of increasing inflation, we won’t waste money on horrible service. John R.
