worst customer services ever. rude employees and unprofessional staff . never go back again.
Food was only so so. Not very busy when I arrived, maybe five tables. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and get me seated. Waiter was not attentive at all. Only interacted w me three times during my entire visit.Will not be returning. Sadly, I was really looking forward to a good experience here.
Went for the Friday seafood bar. It was horrible. The quality of the food was disappointing... overcooked, hard, bland. Hot fudge cake had cold gummy fudge which the joked about. Server was not attentive, never got water refills, even after asking. Waited 20 minutes at the checkout to pay. The cashier was telling people there to place carryout orders to use the drive-thru. I don't recommend this location.
This is the worst drive through I’ve ever been to. No one here obviously knows how to cool fast food because everytime I come in here they make me wait 30 to 40 minutes just to get my food and then when I finally do get the food it ends up being wrong. Every other fast food place around here has been much faster than this place it’s absolutely ridiculous that they literally cannot do their job.
The breakfast bar was a hot mess! There were no plates and very little food. There were at least 10 dirty tables around me and my family. My daughter wasn't able to eat anything at the breakfast bar because they were out of the foods she liked. The last straw was the spoiled fruit. Many patrons asked for the manager because the food and the service was terrible.

I ate here on a Sunday morning, around 7:30. It was not very busy. My waitress was very attentive. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a dark haired lady and might have had glasses. I had an omelette, bacon, biscuits and gravy and coffee. Everything was great! The coffee seemed stronger than I am used to at a Frisch’s, so that was a good thing.
I just started working done in Cincinnati and this is close to my office. Great service and easy to get in and get out. I have been to lunch here twice now and every time the service is on point and the staff is great. Will be working this into a biweekly lunch staple.
I enjoy Frisch's. They are definitely a staple in Cincinnati dining. If you've never had a Big Boy, you haven't lived. Give it a whirl!
Placed an order and 3 customers came in after me and left with food before me. Upon questioning the staff no one even knew my order and I’d already waited 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund the Staff was extremely rude and stated “this happens” Um…no and I’ll be sure to keep driving next time
