The cook refuse to make hash brown at the location on spring groove , nasty service at the location n Norwood ?

Today I went to the Breakfast Bar. For 2 adults, 2 children, 1 hot tea and 2 coffee 's it was $54.00. Their Breakfast isn't worth $54.00. Their food isn't that good. You go there for the good deal on Breakfast. That's no-longer the case. It isn't a deal.

Fast and friendly. Lisa is exceptional at the drive through window. Always a pleasure.

When I come to to Frischs Lisa is always helpful and always nice and always have a smile on her face and in this community of Spring Grove village this the Best restaurant we could have thanks Lisa

I called the Frish's Big Boy, on Spring Grove to order, and they never answered the phone. I called again to double check, still no answer. So I called the one on Central Parkway. All I got was a busy signal.I also called several other Frisch's in the area. Nobody answered the phone. I got all of the numbers from the Frisch's website and called during business hours. Evidently you cannot call in an order by phone.I would have appreciated them letting me know this on their website.I understand that they want me to order online to make it convenient for them and to save labour costs. but they are in the customer service industry. I have a business and I try to make things as convenient andcost efficient, but not at the expense of my customers. So I drove to the Spring Grove Frisch's. The were out of fish sandwiches. Yes Frishch's out of fish sandwiches. They were also out of apple pie.I waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger and a big boy platter. I was the only car in line. Not a crazy long but, when you are the only customer at 7 pm.When I ordered the platter, I asked for french fries but asked if they could make sure they were fresh, because the last time I was there, they were cold. Her response, so you want french fries. So I thought, at least it will be hot. No. I got home in 5 minutes. The big boy was luke warm. 80 degrees. The fries were hotter than the big boy, but still luke warm.Burgers, fries and fried fish. I should eat better anyway. It will be a little easier since I will not go to Frisch's again. While I was in line, I tried to call the Frisch's on Central Parkway. Still busy.

Lisa was very good at taking and giving you the order…very pleasant!

It was nice and comfortable. The food was good.

They were pretty slow for the 2-3 cars in the line and maybe 2 cars in the lot. I thought the slider tasted pretty good for a fast food burger, but the fries were soft and cold. Overall I'd rate them better than a lot of fast food chain places, but they are nothing special. Maybe one day I'll try one of the full-size big boy burgers and it will impress me more.

I waited 15 minutes to get seated so I seated myself food quality was poor server never came I had the breakfast bar I had to go ask for silverware I didn't get water or coffee I will not be going back anytime soon

I'm a Cincinnatian! Frisch's big boy is soul food to me! Spring grove and Central Parkway nostalgic good memories. You will have good days along with not so good, like the Cincinnati weather. More good than bad though!
