Received email announcing buy 1, get 1 free burger on 6/14. Offer said it’s good for dine-in and carry out. Went thru drive thru to place order. They refused to honor the deal because I needed a “code”. Nothing mentioned about a code in the email. Frustrating … luckily there are nearby food places just as good that honor their promotions.
Prior to the pandemic, the service at most Frisch's locations I was visiting wasn't even mediocre. I never though it would get worst, now I only go to Frishe's as a last resort. Literally every single time I go my order is messed up. I order a fish sandwich I receive a big boy. I order onion rings, I receive French fries. I ordered potato spuds with my breakfast sandwich and I get French fries. They just give me whatever they feel like giving me.
I was very happy/satisfied with the service at the drive thru with Ms. Erin (I believe I spelled her name correctly) she went above and beyond I felt.. and I’m Most likely to come back again soon?
I wanna hot fudge cake soo bad but these reviews got me scared to go the restaurant or order anything..I also been wanting to try the seafood bar on Friday..There use to be a Frisch's downtown Cincinnati near the Social security office years ago..It was awesome..But I still may try.
Never a good sign when you walk into a restaurant and see that the tables have not been bussed. Clearly not enough workers to take care of everything at once. I would like to add our waitress was excellent. She appeared to be able to multitask and handle business on her own without showing anything but a professional attitude. The food was good with the exception of the coleslaw which appeared to be a little tart. Otherwise we had a positive experience here.
The staff was friendly but the breakfast was aweful. The toast wasn't even toasted. The western omlette had lunch meat ham that wasn't even cooked into the scrambled eggs.
This particular Frisch's Big Boy is just the way i remember it in the 60s except the waitresses don't skate up to the car with your order and uniforms. I think this store is the first of its brand that THE WHOLE ORDER WAS HOT. ( Freshly Cooked )
My order was delivered and only half of the order was present. I called the restaurant and was told that they were out of onion rings, French fries, and coconut cream pie.. I then found paper paper in the sandwich that I was brought. Do not suggest That you order from this restaurant. Horrible customer service and bad food quality is body.
Shows they were open. But I sat in the parking lot in the drive through until 8:15 why employees stood outside smoking. And no drive through orders being taken.
Marrisa did an excellent job serving me and my family. She was very attentive, professional, and well mannered! I definitely recommend her if you are looking for over and beyond service.Stephanie’s milkshakes are on point they brought all the boys the the table!
