Stood waiting to be seated by several waitresses that acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. In that time, I watched a server take an opened straw off of a table she was bussing and give it to a different patron that requested one.Opted to turn around and go somewhere else.
When we finally got someone to acknowledge us, they seated us. Breakfast is served all day,but you can't have pancakes. My wife decided on the fish and chips then. Well we don't serve the white fish any more, we have tilapia ( not even close to the same)Then she asked for fried mushrooms, they were out. My sweet tea was not, so we gave up and left. The young man that was trying to help us was very nice and apologetic. We will not choose this chain again.
Service was terrible. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get seated. Ordering was so so. Had no saltines for my chili. Waited about 10 to pay my bill. The only good was they knew how to apologize for the lousy service.
Nice waitress named Adriana waited on us she was very attentive so she gets five stars... Food was served hot and my drink was never empty Frisch's Eastgate is the way to go
Chicken was very dry and eggs tasted funny. Food sat in window for a long time and barely saw our waitress. Also i feel the salad bar is over priced for both stand alone and add ons. Very displeased.
Frisch's is always a good bet. I don't often eat breakfast out so usually I go to them for burgers or fish, but their sausage, egg, and chz on toast with the seasoned potatoes are fantastic and I'll likely stop again soon just for a repeat.
Didn't really get to eat here we decided to go to the Milford one instead because Milford had Chili on the soup and salad bar. That's what my Aunt Roberta wanted, however the waitress was patient with us and I appreciate her for that.
Best fish sandwich in Cincinnati. My wife had the all you can eat seafood and salad bar. She liked it a lot.
Tonite approx 6pm we visited. waited few minutes to be seated. Was pretty busy and it soon became apparent there were only 2 servers and the line to be seated kept growing. We had a server named Chris who was really hustling ,did a SUPER job of taking excellent care of his customers as well did the other server. PLUS they were acting as cashiers. The cook was really on it and kept pace. Chris earned a 50% tip from us and hope others tipped him and the other server accordingly and people exercised patience. We Will return!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!
