What is the point of only having the choice of curbside service on your app if you are going to leave people sitting in the spot for ten minutes after checking in? Just for me to go inside and my food has been sitting with the DoorDash pickup the whole time and now I have cold food. I keep giving chances and keep getting disappointed by every Frischs I go to, This is not a staffing issue either. It’s not that hard to pay attention, especially when the place is empty.
Wonderful service,clean, very friendly.. I had ordered my buddy boy to be cooked well done and it came out perfect, just like any other time from the Frisch's in Anderson Township.. My favorite Frisch's to go to.. Thank you so very much for the awesome service and great food..
Today we ordered through the mobile app because we were getting breakfast and didn’t want to hold up the drive thru line. We waited 15 minutes outside at the designated spot that we were told to be at and no food. We called and they asked for us to come through the drive thru instead. The manager apologized and told us to just not use that service anymore because it’s terrible. Really? We’re all paid. It gives you time to prep the order. All you have to do is walk outside and hand it to someone. Food was mediocre Im sure because it sat for forever. We constantly have problems at this location on Beechmont regardless if we use the app, drive thru, or dine in. Very disappointing

Service was great! The restaurant was clean! The big boys are not big boys anymore! My friend got a child's cheeseburger and her cheeseburger was bigger then my big I wish I would have taken a picture of it but my big boy look like a many child's big boy compared to her 'child size cheeseburger'. Needless to say I was not happy. I did not say anything to the waitress and I regret that I did not oh, so if this happens to you just speak up and let them know I'm sure they would have to agree!
People are nice but always mess up my order sadly! The food has gotten to be less for more money, not really worth it. My daughter and I go get the food an eat at home. Their breakfast bar, to many hands touch the food in my opinion ....
I've only ordered through delivery service but this Frisch's is one of 2 restaurants close by that I know I can always depend on to be quick and have my correct order. I have a rare disorder where I can only eat a limited variety of foods and one of the items is a dish Frisch's serves so I really am thankful they get my order correct. A correct order means the difference between me having dinner or not some days as silly as that sounds. So thank you to the staff and management for your diligence. My order always shows up warm and freshly prepared. Even since the pandemic they have it ready quickly and ensure it is correct. Thank you!
Great, friendly service. Biscuit was from previous day and clearly microwaved. Rubbery and vile tasting. Cold fries. Kids grilled cheese charred on one side, but the cheese also wasn’t melted. I have never left a negative restaurant review before, but this place’s food was the worst.
Excellent service and food quality. I've never had a negative experience here with the food or their team members. Really solid fast food that is simply a little higher quality than the major chains.
