My experience was great, despite earlier reviews on yelp.
Today I couldn’t find my debit card and was a little distraught. Add to that that I am 7 months pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day. I told the cashier I was unable to pay and he covered my meal for me. I believe his name was Chad. His kindness was greatly appreciated and made my bad day a little better. This location has always been great in service and quality and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. God bless Chad!☺️

Went last night and our experience didn't go very well. I love Frisch's and always have, but this time it wasn't good. Husband and I both got the dinner buffet which was beyond disappointing. When you hear "Dinner Buffet" you don't expect frozen crab cakes and dried up chicken nuggets. We're adults.... The chicken nuggets weren't even edible. The crab cakes were decent but needed more to them. The mashed potatoes were gross and the cheesy hash browns were flavorless. It wasn't what you'd expect from Frisch's bar. I left feeling very unsatisfied. The server was okay but she disappeared for awhile when we needed our check. We had our 2 daughters with us and had 2 coupons for kids and the cashier wouldn't let my husband use both, so only 1 kid got to eat free even though we had 2 adult meals as well. Ridiculous. Won't be back to this location ever.
This is a picture of the sausage served to me this morning. The am staff were rude and unprofessional. The constant stream of profanity coming from the kitchen was unacceptable. Frisch's really missed the mark here. No wonder the place is completely empty.
I would consider myself a regular at this Frisch’s location on Plainfield. I am always met with a friendly voice at the drive through and every time I am at the window. My order is always correct! I am a big fan of this Frisch’s which is why I always come back! Brenda and Debbie are two of my most favorite people who work the window. They always ask how I am doing. It’s easy for folks to complain in reviews however I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service I receive here. Thank you for always making my day anytime I visit!
Everybody was so friendly and helpful from the time we walked in until we left. Our waitress Kelly S. was amazing. She was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend this location to others. My family and I will definitely be back.
I used drive thru and they took my order fast and was pleasant and helpful. When I got to the window Brenda was very nice and she made my morning better with a ? smile. And made sure I had everything I needed. Been coming here since I was a little girl and I will always be a customer
