Everyone is extremely nice the food is good service is wonderful
Breakfast is the most important meal I’ve heard and I try to eat breakfast every morning on my way to work. I have stopped through this location multiple times now and every time I’ve received hot food, everything I need in my bags already and a great experience with the drive thru lady. I definitely recommend this location for any meal of the day!
Chris and the rest of the staff at Colerain Frisch’s were fantastic!Not only did we have 2 servers checking in on us at the bar, but Chris the manager also stopped to help a few times.You could tell they all work as a team to make sure their customers are more than satisfied. Not just focused on their own tables.Chris is a great example of a manager as he did what needed to be done when it needed to be done. Whether he was running food, checking people out, or serving us at the bar, he made sure he lead his team efficiently!
We did a pick up order. My two sisters had gone inside to pick up our order, it wasn't done and that is fine. They waited inside for 45 minutes. Our food had sat for a good majority of the time, they could have given it to us when it was ready but none of the counter staff helped my sisters after the first time, the drive through worker is the one who had given them their food and it was when she was finally able to step away from her job position to take a small break and saw them sitting there waiting. Our food would have been nice and good if we had gotten it when it was freshly ready.Thank you to the drive through lady
I went through the drive thru late this afternoon and had an exceptional experience. Chris has the most amazing positive energy and left me laughing and happy even though I was going back to work. Thanks Chris! Stay awesome
Well most of rhe food there was already out and in a buffet like setting which made it easy to get to. However the taste of the food is very Mid. Even though the employees are nice and junk, the food there is enough to make me stay away from the restaurant unless I want something specific there
I gave them 1 star, because it does not allow 0 stars. I asked for extra crackers. I got 0. I asked for chili. I got the cup of grease in the pictures.
Typically I have great service here hence the reason for three stars. However today as I visited the service was sub-par. I went to grab dinner for a stranger who expressed hunger, and when I entered I was met with an ominous look and rude mannered disposition. Maybe it was a long day with rude customers or employees goofing off but alas no reason to express that to every customer there-after. I was a little disappointed but I belive the gentleman enjoyed his meal which was the purpose anyhow.
The food was fine came out hot and fast. The store was FILTHY! We did not eat our entire meal after looking around, the floor was gross (more than they had a busy morning) the booths had food stuck on the seats and the glass dividers had food and handprints sliding down them! I will never eat at this frisch's again
Went out for dinner tonight and enjoy a super big boy plus a salad bar it was great service was good very busy everything was hot and fresh.
