I will never come to this location again The manager was not friendly at all Came in this morning to get some breakfast was supposed to open up at 7 AM I was in the drive-through the line The manger come over the microscope I'm not open you open up at 7 right cause I have no help I just wish she was more friendly lost a customer I would never come to this location again
I always have a great experience at this location. Love the staff and the food. The waitstaff seems knowledgeable about the menu and when I encountered a problem the manager Brian was able to help immediately and even came back to make sure everything was correct with our order which was super helpful and really sweet.I didn’t catch the name of our waiter but she was so kind and patient with me and my kids. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in the area!
Shame old, shame old!! Customer is always wrong! You have to repeat your order over and over. Then you get the big attitude at the drive thru window.Don't waste your time or patience!
Very busy with twenty people standing at front door to be seated or carry out. One person at the door one cashier placing orders for carry out. Busy
Ordered a Big Boy, Chili, and onion rings. The Big Boy was cold and no sauce, the chili had no beans and a layer of grease about a 1/4 inch thick. This Hamilton ave location is awful. Have had several bad experiences, I have a photo of the grease guess they want kill off their customers.
My wife and I stopped in around 5:50 Saturday evening, 3/11. Both got the salad bar. A lot of dried out items on it. But the men's bathroom was filthy. Floors were really dirty and it hadn't even been raining trash can was full, toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. Only 4 other customers in the restaurant.
I decided to go to the Friches on Hamilton avenue in Forest Park. Brandy took my order and was very patient when I couldn’t decide on what I wanted. When I pulled to the window she was very friendly and approachable and even asked me if I wanted her to make my normal fish sandwich like the new fish sandwiches. She told me it was too late because the cooks had already made my sandwich but stated she had put a side of spicy tarter in the bag for me. This was a great visit for me. Especially after having multiple horrible experiences at the location on Springrove. Thank you Brandy for providing great customer service with a friendly, bubbly personality and a smile!
Drive thru attendant was extremely rude. When pointed out she stated that's cool, I don't care. I will never come here again.
I visited this restaurant on Saturday and the breakfast bar was amazing. The service was top notch. I will be back.
It was the middle of the snowstorm and my family and I were out delivering essential supplies to a couple older relatives and got hungry. Most everything was closed down and they were open. #TheBestSuperBigBoyI'veEverHad
