Terrible Kitchen service!!! Food took forever when it finally arrived fries were cold, both burgers were cold and onion rings were cold and undercooked.
It's a Manager I believe her name is Shika ? She's definitely an asset to the company I use to receive horrible service and my food was always incorrect at another location and kinda wrote Frischs off until I really wanted a BigBoy no tartar Sauce or cheese add bacon so I ventured out to this location fingers crossed my order would be correct despite seemingly short handed she made sure my order was correct fresh and hot I really appreciated that she is absolutely a great Manager and deserves a honorable mention ill definitely be back thank you for doing what you do .
On late Friday afternoon (April 22) I stopped by for dinner and Arianna waited on me and also was waiting several other tables. She was so busy but extremely responsive and courteous. Not only did she handle my fish dinner order but waited and cleaned other tables while also making contact to ask if I needed anything. I told her she was doing an excellent job and was told she had to leave early so I left my tip with her manager. I made sure to let the manager know how Great a job Arianna was doing. What a conscientious and pleasant young lady!
Excellent restaurant excellent service. This restaurant is very clean and tidy and, I would recommend it to anyone in the area who loves the Frisch's experience! My server Rebekah C. was great she helped me figure out how to use my redemption code for my free birthday sandwich.
I had a wonderful dining experience. The food was hot and delicious! The staff provided extraordinary customer service. They were extremely patient and helpful while taking orders. Thank you again for the amazing service I received today!! I'll be back soon!! :)
They server was was great. She made sure we had everything, also very nice and friendly! The food on the soup and salad bar taste old, and there was nats flying all around our table.
5 stars for the server who had the entire place by herself! She also brought the sandwich out before the other food so it was fresh and hot. In a time of bad press everywhere, kudos to you guys!
This Frisch's is always great food and great service. I go there pretty often for weekday lunches. They really understand that weekday lunches need to be fast and efficient. More so than most places. Great fish sandwiches and Farm Boy burgers and sweet potato fries.
The service was good and meals hot. There was something different from what remembered of our BIg Boy franchise. It’s been awhile and I have been to some as an adult but this just was not as good as we remembered.
I like that they usually repeat your order at pickup. Most drive-thru's don't. Food always hot - unless it's supposed to be cold!
