worst place i have ever ate at. hair in the food, wings were soggy, and tasted like marinara sauce. I do not recommend. have waited 2 hours.
Went for dinner a week ago. Was told seat yourself. Half the tables were dirty. Found a spot not in the bar area. Had my 2 teenage daughters with me. Waited 20 minutes. 1 waitress walked passed us and picked up a couple glasses off the table next to us. Never came back. So we left. I understand businesses are still short staffed but you should close off sections if there is not enough help.
First time that me and my wife have been to a Fricker's and we went after an afternoon in Cincinnati. The entire experience was enjoyable even with a slight delay for the food. Both the manager and staff went well above and beyond to make our initial experience a good one. Everything tasted great and we will definitely return to enjoy the atmosphere and great food once again.
Waitress was amazing! Nice 'orange' hair. Food was... meh. Drink and appetizers recommendation were solid. Wings were good ribs were too salty. Cooked perfectly though
We spent the afternoon and watched the Super bowl until half time. We sat at the bar. Julie was our bartender. She was on it. Every time our drink was almost empty we got a refill without asking her. We drive about 60 miles to go to this Frickers. The food ,service and atmosphere is excellent. Ju Ju accommodates every guest.I would have given a 5 star but the bartender that was there at 1pm today was terrible. This makes twice We have been there with her bartending. She does not smile, is not friendly and did not get our order correct either time. I do not know her name. Always has her hair in a clip.
I would've rated this location five stars, because the food is awesome, and the service has always been awesome until last night. I called Fricker's to place a pickup order. The lady asked me if I could hold. While I was holding, I was driving up. I had planned on remaining in my vehicle until my order was ready. I noticed two female employees come out front to smoke. Shortly after another female exited the restaurant to join them. This was around 9p.m. or so, and the restaurant didn't appear busy. After holding for almost seven minutes, I realized the lady had placed me on hold so that she could go outside and smoke. I left, and called them back, and she apologized and said that she went a did something with a keg and forgot. This is very poor customer service!!!!
Nice little sports bar good food service was excellent got lunch and played keno here ,they have several tvs to watch ballgames on ,i gad the boneless tenders and fries my friend had the chicken salad all was gfeat
It was our first time there and it was awesome.we really enjoyed the food.and the service was also great.will come again when we come back this way.thank u fricker's.
So I went to my favorite Fricker’s in Mason and to my surprise my favorite and best waitress SUNSHINE had be transferred to the Middletown, OH location.How could you transfer one of the friendliest and most productive bartenders ever at that location? I guess I’ll have to stop in at the other location…SUNSHINE is the best!
I have enjoyed this location and the wings and ribs at this fricker's over 3 years in a row. Usually they have Guinness beer on tap which is a big plus for me. They also do a nice job of supporting law enforcement and military which is a big bonus to me. I would recommend this location and fricker's food to anyone.
