The service and speed at which I got my food have gotten significantly better since my last few visits here. However the one thing I'm more disappointed in thats gone down hill in is the cleanliness of this location. Gnats are everywhere they have those apple cider vinegar apples for them in view of the customers (the red ball like things on the shelf in my photo). Tables are left unwiped, floors need a really good mop job, and dirty bathrooms. Still a great place for food, but hopefully cleanliness goes uphill soon.
We went here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! If I could have rated it based on the food alone, I'd give it five stars - it was great! The problem we had was that the inside felt very, very dirty. There were also gnats EVERYWHERE, and that got annoying very fast. I could understand why, at a peak dinner hour, there were tons of people in the drive-thru and barely anyone inside. There were lots of workers but no one was cleaning the floor, and combined with the gnats it just wasn't a great experience inside the restaurant. Next time we'll get it to-go and enjoy it elsewhere - but we will come back!
I guarantee this place out of business in <3 yrs. food good but inside service they ignore you, sometimes twice in the same visit. i don't think it's intentional, just kinda not paying attention. interior sight-lines with the wall where it is makes this worse.Other Freddy's are not designed this way.Based on the "response from the owner," I also uploaded a comment to Freddy's Customer Feedback Survey with additional details. Bottom line: unsupervised employees will only do what you want them to if you make it worth their while to do so. So, maybe training, but also better managerial training. This starts with corporate culture, something that Freddy's isn't excelling at outside of their branding as a "former vet-owned business." Got a ways to go, guys!!!
I rated 5 stars two years ago... but the past few times we've gone (especially this past weekend) the quality of the food, service and especially the cleanliness had gone way down hill... We couldn't even finish our food because we were batting away so many gnats.
Haven’t been here in a while and I’m so happy we chose to come tonight. The food was so fresh and so good. Not to mention the drive thru was so packed but we still got our food in a timely manner. You can tell the kitchen kept a nice routine, everything was in motion and everyone had a smile on their faces‼️
After making an order and having it made wrong twice, which I had to pay for each time. I will not be coming back. First total was $71 through the drive thru, the second one was $5.29. Both times they didn’t make a single hamburger with nothing on it at all. I was charged a second time because I wanted to do it through the drive thru again and not come in. Well I came in the third time to drop off the messed up burgers and say I’m not coming back. Oh and they charged me for a bottle of fry sauce and never gave it to me. I understand working fast food can suck on a Friday afternoon, but if you make a customer pay for a mess up and it’s messed up again, yeah that’s awful
Sat in the drivethru for 25 minutes. After 15 was were asked if we had order that was not ours. Then after telling them I only ordered a concrete custard I waited another 10 minutes.. Then they gave us the concrete shake and it was wrong. On top of ordering off of door-dash yesterday and not getting our custard shakes. I am not angry. I just want you to do better. I came up there today specifically for what I didn’t get yesterday and it was still wrong..
Place is clean, staff are friendly and food is fantastic!
The last time I went, I was given the wrong concrete. Then when I got the correct one, it had a hole in the bottom that proceeded to leak all over me and my car. The district manager did reach out and provide two combo meals. Great.Went back to redeem one and they didn't give us our fries. Back to the restaurant. Got the fries, got home and I opened my chili cheese dog and there were no toppings on the hot dog. They were all sitting in a corner of the container next to it. There was no cheese, no mustard and it had onions. I asked for a chili cheese dog combo with mustard and no onions. Everytime we go here something goes wrong. So that was my last time returning. The poor manager is trying her best, but the staff is not up to par. Won't return here.
The kitchen was singing to motown, everyone was working hard and pleasant. We had Chicago dogs, chili and patty melt and it was great for fast food. Enjoyed our visit.
