Employees don’t understand portion sizes. I asked for a large fry. They gave me a medium. Easy to fix? No. The girl at the window (who lacked any light behind her eyes) took five minutes deliberating what to do. Her solution was to call back up. Another girl approached, one who had more piercings than brain cells. She informed me I had been charged for a medium. I said fine, but I ordered a large, that’s what I want. She said that they don’t have a large, they only have “medium and regular”. Odd because their website lists large as an option. When ordering I had to repeat “large” three times because the girl taking the order sounded like she’d never heard the word before, although when I arrived at the window I noted that she appeared as though she’s ordered a large sized item many times in her life. It is literally easier to summon Beetlejuice than it is to order a large fry at this location.Edit: They also forgot the ketchup.

Ordered a chocolate brownie delight sundae with gummy worms. There was no brownie or gummy worms which was $1 extra. The drive thru lady clarified if I wanted gummy worms since it was an extra topping and it was still made wrong. Literally paid $7 for a vanilla ice cream with pecans and a cherry. This place used to be a go-to but after this experience and reading the other reviews here, I’ll have to start looking for another place.

What is going on with these kids? For real. They are a new level of slow. I have never witnessed anything like it. Lol. I mean, I feel like they deserve an award for being the slowest Team in the Tri-State...And my order is wrong literally everytime.Stop playing on your phones. Stop eating fries while making my burger. Get. It. Together.

Worst service I have ever experienced. If there were a zero star rating option, it would still be too high. My girlfriend and I arrived at the establishment as first timers with optimism of enjoying a late night treat. Once we ordered, we watched 4 workers chatting in front of the window. It appeared they were enjoying their time at work with little to no urgency. Which is fine. The problem didn’t start here. After 9 minutes of watching the workers joking around and still no ice cream is when our irritation escalated to another level. That’s when we curiously looked through the window to identify what was taking so long. Then we saw one of the workers ripping apart chicken fingers and throwing them across the restaurant while laughing with another co worker. It was at this moment that both my girlfriend and I lost our appetite. After ripping apart 3 chicken fingers and throwing them, he picked up a 4th and starting to waive it around like a wet noodle as breading sprinkled everywhere. Thats when we made an extremely easy decision to take our $11 loss and drive away considering it a win that we didn’t pay for chicken fingers (would have paid $20 more to make the same decision) We were not only disrespected, but embarrassed for ownership and staff. Will never consider going to another location again.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like this should be addressed. I love Freddy’s and have been here before but have never had this kind of unprofessional service before. I ordered what I wanted but the person taking my order talked to me with a sarcastic and unfriendly tone. She also had to ask me to keep repeating my order because her coworkers in the back kept laughing and hollering which is extremely rude. I understand that the restaurant business can be difficult because of COVID and being understaffed but being professional is so easy to learn and understand. I pull up to the window and most of the employees were in a circle chit chatting while drinking their sodas. I received my food and the fries were ice cold. I got home and tried the burger which was also ice cold. (I live 5 min away). I think for $13, I shouldn’t have to heat the food up in the microwave because it wasn’t hot and fresh. Overall I am just extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism.

I was fired for leaving two hours early to take my disabled child to her doctors appointment told I was out of uniform and then had to change in the middle of the floor instead of the bathroom. A waste of my time and I feel violated. My lawyer will be in contact with you Jessica!

Did not ask for a custard grilled chicken soupy messy

Double digits amount of people working yet took 20+ minutes to get my order in the drive through. After checking my order I realized they didn't give me my fries or cheese sauce. I went inside to get them which took another 5 minutes. I told them I'm missing a cheese sauce and a large fry. They then hand me a bag of medium fries and no cheese sauce. AWFUL service.

Half the crew was obviously high, and it took us about 40 minutes to get our food because of this. Bathrooms smelled like weed.Food was good though.

Freddy's has consistently great food and friendly, professional staff at this location.
